Great product! Great value!
The weight is evenly distributed which adds to the comfort of wearing this weighted vest while rucking. The best feature is the adjustability of the weight. Some days I don’t want 20lbs so.i can adjust down incrementally. Nice quality, comfortable and adjustable weight makes this a good value!

It really does kick any activity up a notch!
Everything I’d hoped for: easy to put on, adjust and wear. 10 pounds is a great place to start for me; and it kicks my other workouts (e.g.,brisk, uphill walk, calf raises, etc) up a notch. I sometimes wear it, working around the house, going up and down stairs, in the supermarket, etc. AND it helps me improve my posture. So glad I ordered it!

Good, but....
The straps on both sides are HUGE. I am 5 7 and 143 lb femaile. The straps on both sides flop out at my sides. I have them both as tight as possible and it still is not fitting. I like that you can adjust the weights from 4-10 pounds. When I was looking for vests though, it seemed that they were all either 4-10 lbs or 10-20 lbs. It would have been better to have something in the middle. Say8-15 lbs. I like the reflective strip. I wear it outside while walking my dog. It's easy on and off, too. But keep in mind that it has to go over your head, so you are lifting that weight over your head to get the vest on . I can do it, but others may find it challenging.I like the weighted vest concept a great deal. I may decide to purchase another that might be a bit more form fitting and not so bulky in front and back. lol... I keep thinking about those movies with some guy with bombs strapped to his chest. I wonder if people are wondering what in the world I am wearing ad if they think something weird too..... next time something not black and not bulky.

Fits better than anticipated
I was worried this would be massive (5'7" and slender woman) and jostle around from the comments, but it tightens perfectly. For the price, it definitely does the job and is what I was looking for. Doesn't move around during push-ups, jog, etc. Are there more petite weighted vests? Probably somewhere, but it is as snug as I need it to be.

Perfect for Squats & Lunges
I purchased the 11-20lb vest about 3 years ago, and it's been one of my most-used fitness tools. The only negative for me is that I have to re-adjust the straps during some workouts, because the vest gets loose when doing squats & lunges. (It's not bad enough to knock the rating though.) I've MORE than gotten my money worth and I'll buy a new one when I'm ready to exceed 20lbs.

Stays in place during martial arts workout
I tried a couple of weighted vests before settling on this one and I'm really happy with my purchase. The model I got weighs 11 to 20 pounds. You can use the vest at 11 pounds (there's no way to make it weigh less) or add the six included 1-1/2 pound weight bags reach a total of 20 pounds; adding one weight bag would make the vest weigh 12-1/2 lbs, adding two would make it weigh 14 lbs, etc. I haven't tried it yet with more that 11 pounds in it but it would be really easy as the vest has 6 velcro pockets the weight bags fit snugly into. The cross-chest (and cross-back) design means it fits well and doesn't flop around, even during jumping jacks, burpees, etc. I wear it over a t-shirt and under gi jacket and haven't had any issues with chafing. The vest is quite easy to put on and take off.The back of the vest is kind of bulky making full sit ups difficult because you can't lay all the way down flat when wearing the vest. It works fine for crunches and v-ups, etc.

Fits poorly and hurts shoulders: avoid this vest
I weigh about 135-140lbs and have a smaller frame (usually wear women's small). I used the 46 lb version for rucking. This weight vest is incredibly uncomfortable on the shoulders and the weight all sits low around your hips. It swigs back and forth to slam both your stomach and back. It does not cinch tight enough either. I have hiked plenty with weight vests that have the metal bars, I would highly recommend getting one of those and potentially avoiding this vest if you are a smaller person.Edit: The company reached out to me quickly to offer a refund. I appreciate their promptness and quality customer service.
