Great kit, great rails but lousy hardware
Im very happy with these roof rails. They look like they were factory installed on my 2017 Bolt EV as it matches the rest of my polished trim. I would NOT however recommend the sheet metal screws supplied in the kit. I purchased a riv-nut gun on Amazon and used 1/4" 20 bolts and on each end piece I used 10-24 bolts, all with Allen heads. Extremely solid this way and much more professional installation. All in all it's a great looking and solid kit.

Sturdy, but takes a while to install
The bars are sturdy, and good looking, but you still need to position them correctly on the roof and drill 14 holes. Some other reviews mention to change the bolts. I kept the original ones, but put some epoxy glue on them so I know they will always be tight.I just made a 500 mile trip with cargo on the roof without a problem.5/5 but be aware the DIY part is challenging

Don't use their screws
These will install very easily on a flat or nearly flat roof. I have a Nissan Versa Note, which has a fairly strong curve to the roof. It took me a while to get the rails bent to match my roof, but I got there. Using the included screws and following the maximum allowable gap as specified in the installation instructions, when I tightened the rear screws it ripped the front screws out of the roof. I drilled slightly larger holes and replaced their screws with rivnuts (also called rivet nuts or threaded inserts) and #10 machine screws. I went with the #10 because that is the size of the screws it comes with, so you don't have to drill new holes through the rails. With the rivnuts, I can grab the rail and violently jerk on it and the whole car just moves with it. The rails are incredibly strong, far stronger than the demands of any weight that you reasonably should put on a roof. But do yourself a favor and upgrade the hardware. Even with the extra cost, it is still a value.

Strong
Bolted these to my Jeep that didn't come with roof rails and they have been exactly what I was looking for without paying hundreds of bucks for factory rails. I did also seal the edges with silicone to prevent water from entering the roof. Zero issues so far and have used roof rack extensively on this and it's been just as strong as installed on day 1.

Very sturdy
Bought this for my K5 and they look perfect. I wouldn’t call it easy to install but if you have a good amout of handy skills and common sense you’ll be able to figure it out. Very sturdy and I love the look

Easy installation, fit was good on my Matrix.
The media could not be loaded. Held on by three sheet metal screws on each end and one through central pedastal. 24 screws total. I added silicone adhesive (not caulking) to the bottom of the platforms and to the screws to bond it more securely. Fit was exceptional with no bending of the bars as was suggested may be required in the instructions. Also of notexis the groove in the top of the rails worked perfectly with my Thule brand bar mounts. This product is a steal for the price and easy to install but care must be taken to not overnighten the screws and strip out the hole in the thin sheet metal. Very happy with this purchase so far and I'll update thus review if there's anything noteworthy to add in the future.

Chrysler Town & Country 2015
My boyfriend and my installed these one morning. We bought Kayaks and my van is more reliable than his old truck. I also bought cross bars and kayak back but this was the first step. The only thing we did different was to drill the pilot hole then put silicone sealant down to make sure it gets a tight waterproof bond. It probably wasn’t necessary but it game me piece of mind.

Worked for what I needed.
I used these to make a rack for a car that supposedly had no options at all for a roof rack. Took some fabrication and muscle, but it worked great.
