Wish I hadnt ordered this. Im confused why it cost so much? After looking around on amazon, I found other brewing vessels for SO cheap (porcelain,glass, stainless steel). You can order one and then separately order the heater and a kombucha brewing guide. Can't believe I spent $200 on this. ugh.
