Erase The Ego

A very small book with so much intelligence, that I had to take one paragraph and read it 3 or 4 times, and I still had to ask my spiritual teacher what it meant. One thing that was very interesting was, "The 'I' thought and the breath arise from the same source." So powerful and confusing. But His Holiness is referring to Identification. Meditation is mindfulness, but if I am in identification when focusing on the breath, then my meditation is centered on the 'I' thought and my physical body. Many more revelations reading this book. A real gem of a book!

While listening to one of Paul Hedderman's YouTube videos he referenced this book. So I ordered it after checking into it and the price was right. But this little book is priceless. A true treasure. There are many books that I have accumulated over the last few years in my search to awaken. And all of the others now are useless. I could have saved a whole lot of money.So the books I keep with me is this book and Paul Hedderman's book "The Escaoe to Everywhere". They are all that I need currently.

Good little book. Small print, but has big message. Ramana is the most enlightened person in the 20th-century. When he speaks, we should listen, as did Gandhi. More good, useable answers than the Bible -- by far!

For a spiritual journey, the ego is the rock in our path. This book brings us some very important reflexions about it and how to overcome it.

If a reader is able to get through all the pages without putting it down and giving up, this book promises to plant a tiny seed in the mind -- the seed of enlightenment. This is as close one can get to the absolute with words.

Little difficult to comprehend for beginners like me in the world of spirituality but when read and understood with patience...it's a mind blowing book

Book is around 75rs they charged 250 rs. I am not talking abt content .tPrice quoted on site is 3 times high
