I moved into a new house and bought two bidets for my bathrooms. The one in my en suite/main bathroom is this by Ivyel. When I first purchased this bidet last year, there were only a handful of reviews, so I was nervous, but I have no regrets. The bidet works as well as it did on the first day. The build quality is excellent, the features are great for the price, and this is one of the few bidets that *fits* round toilets rather nicely.I will also say that installation was a breeze and everything you could possibly need is included in the package with very easy-to-understand instructions. I did it myself in 30 minutes—no need to hire a handyman/plumber unless you are really "bad" at this kind of thing. I've installed four different bidets and this was, by far, the most painless and easy.About a month ago, my remote stopped working. To be honest, I was more than happy to buy a new remote (and offered to do so!), especially since it has been almost a year since I bought my bidet. To my pleasant surprise, when I reached out to Ivyel, they were extremely professional and accommodating and insisted on sending me a new remote under warranty. They were friendly and responsive and simply asked that I send a video of my nonfunctioning remote. They sent me another with two-day priority (!!!), no additional questions asked. Works like a charm!I have used many bidet brands over the years (like many others, I became a "convert" after staying in Tokyo for an extended period), and this is one of the most reliable bidets I've used and truly the best customer service. Blows Toto out of the water. I cannot recommend Ivyel enough, and when my "other bidet" in my guest bathroom breaks, I have no doubt that I will replace it with the latest Ivyel model.Thank you, Ivyel!!! You have a customer for life!P.S. Not to be that person, but this is also made in South Korea, and the quality of the manufacturing and workmanship shows. You will not be disappointed!

I have owned this since October 2023 and love it! Super easy to install. I had an electrician put in outlets for me, but i installed the seats. The directions were perfect. Also, the remote was easy to install on the wall and can be taken on and off as needed. I now have them on all my toilets and even my friends love them when they come over. I haven't had any issues with any of them.

Update: August 27th 2023 8 months of use and the unit has stopped working. I've contacted customer service and they advised a reset which I did but didn't take care of the issue. Looking like I'll need a new unit already. Taking away one star for product failure. If the warranty doesn't offer replacement I'll update again.Bought for my family to use and save on toilet paper usage and feel fresh and clean. Sure does the trick. My husband refuses to use this bathroom and would rather go in the "dungeon" as I call it. (Regular toilet) myself and the kids love it no complaints at all. Seat opens soft no slamming seats or lids, no more cold seats or cold water touching your areas. I installed it myself took 20 minutes that includes the time to unbox remove old seat and follow instructions to get new seat all done. My husband watched for moral support as he really didn't think the price was acceptable for a seat. I definitely do..... 20/20 highly recommend

We had a simple bidet/washette for years. Husband used one of these in a friend's house and was SOLD. Immediately came home and ordered one for us. BEST. THING. EVER. Unlike our last version, the seat is warm, the water is warm. There are multiple functions for both my husband and myself. We are now on a septic system and using a LOT LESS toilet paper. It was easy to install. We would recommend this bidet to anyone who will listen. :)Update 14 months later. Heated water stopped working. Contacted IVYEL to see what I could do. Really nice folks. They said I needed to replace the water tank and they would send one or I could send the whole seat back and they would replace it. I told them it was past warranty, but she checked my amazon order and since it was just two months past, she would send a tank free of charge. Well, I got it yesterday and swapped the tank out with help of a great tutorial video. We're back on top of the world!! This bidet is absolutely the greatest. Thanks IVYEL! STILL FIVE STARS!!
