Metme Women's 1920s Flapper Fringe Beaded Great Gatsby Party Dress

This dress I bought for a 1920s night and honestly for the price the quality is fantastic, the beading looks brilliant and it's very comfortable due to the inner lining being soft. It's a little loose around the middle but that is actually 1920s style so not unhappy with it. I'm a size 10-12 and I got a small because the medium was far too big around the middle. The garment has a little bit of stretch so I'd say M is a 12-14. Overall very happy with the dress and the green colour is gorgeous. Plus the returns are free so you can order both sizes to make sure you get the right one.

Absolutely love this dress, very surprised with the quality, stunning very elegant dress, definitely looks slot more expensive, so a thanks to the seller for giving it a more affordable price!!I was very nervous to try this on as some of the comments said it was small made ...I'm 5ft 7 usaly wear a UK 18-22 depending on the shape of the dress .... I orderd the 4xl and its beautiful on, perfect length,a little big on top and around the tummy but I actually prefer it that way as it hides my tummy and flatters my curves, theres a zip at the side which is great and makes it easier to put on.Would definitely recommend!! Can not wait to wear this to 'party like Gatsby'

A very nice dress, well made & not flimsy. Haven't worn it yet so don't know what others think of it. I am a size 12 or 14 and the large fits comfortably. I am 5'7 and the dress comes below my knees. A bit more expensive than a lot of the other similar ones on here but I don't know about the quality/length etc.

This dress is absolutely gorgeous, I ordered the XL which is a UK16, but I was still worried about the size based on the measurements.I needn’t have worried as it’s lovely even maybe a little loose around the top. I also hate having my knees on show so wasn’t sure if this would suit me but the double fringe covers my knees and falls to a flattering midi length (I’m 5ft 8in).The dress is well made, flattering and I’m a little bit in love with it! I bought it for a 1920s event but will probably wear it to my Christmas party too!

Bought this dress for a “20s party.... along with accessories. Very doubtful as to quality of garment as such a low price. Absolutely delighted when it arrived. Perfect fit and nicely made. Sequins well attached and in a beautiful design. Very true to picture. Accessories also fantastic quality-and beautifully packagedThank you Metme. The only thing that put me off was the price, as it’s only for one night. I’m so pleased that I took a chance. The dress is made in China but is fantastic, the detail and quality is amazing and I can’t wait to wear it. I’m a size 16-20 depending on where I shop. I brought 3xl, size 20 equivalent and it’s slightly big but in hindsight this is good because it’s not too fitted and I can sit comfortably without anything digging in and it’s more flattering. At 5.3” the tassels end mid calf. I adore this dress and have recommended it to people already. Take a chance, I’m so glad I did.

Pleasantly surprised by this dress. Very good for the price. Ordered 2 sizes in 2 colours and ended up keeping the champagne in size small. Normally have problems with dresses as I am quite petite (5’2”) size 8 bottom half, and big busted. (Not ideal for dress shopping usually!) The extra small fitted reasonably okay but the small accommodated my boobs better and the fit was more in keeping with 1920’s style. Has an element of stretch which is fab and quite flattering. Wore it for a friend’s 40th party- Peaky Blinders theme. Lost a few bits of fringing as the night progressed but not too noticeably and the dress still looks fine. Don’t normally leave reviews but found other people’s helpful so thought I would.

I don’t often write reviews but I’ve been so impressed with the quality of the dress for the price that I felt the need to write one.I’m a size 10 / 12 (on the bottom half) depending on the shop. I ordered a medium and found it fit nicely but maybe a little loose round the chest so I ordered a small and this fits perfectly. I will be wearing with black tights as it’s Christmas and cold but would feel fine wearing this without tights (although wouldn’t do too much bending over just in case!) and I’m 5’8” I literally never have any luck ordering clothes on the internet due to sizing but this has been great.I paid extra to have the items delivered by 1pm the following day and everything arrived on time.Considering the price I’m impressed with the quality and the detail on the dress, it really is fab. I also ordered some accessories including gloves, headband and cigarette which came as a package and I’m really pleased as it completes the outfit. We’re off to an immersive theatre Gatsby production tonight and I can’t wait to wear it!

This dress fit like a glove. It is heavy with the beads and sequins and is beautifully constructed. It is a gorgeous shade of blue and I received multiple compliments when I wore it to our Roaring 20s event.

We had a 1920's event. I ordered the dress in coffee and a 2XL which is a size up because I wanted it loose. It fit across the chest and back. I am 5'0, 158lbs, 42D. I usually wear a size 10P in pants and L-XL in shirts because of the girls. The dress was comfortable to wear. I shedded some fringe though. I bought the champagne colored pearl necklace, earrings, brown gloves and smokey topaz headband off Amazon. The wrap, shoes (Clarks) and purse from thrift stores. Very happy with the overall look and the dress.

I ordered this dress for a 1920's themed murder mystery party and it was perfect. I'm 5'6", 125 lbs and wear sise 2-4 in pants and dresses. The XS fit perfectly on my hourglass figure. The beading is delicate, so please be careful not to snag it. I look forward to wearing it again with or without a theme!

This dress fit me perfectly! The detail of the beading, stitching & material is all very well made. I wore this to celebrate 2020, & plan to wear it again & again, throughout festivities in the coming years. I received sooooo many compliments on this dress, including the peacock feather hair clip.This dress is comfortable, nothing itchy or prickly, it’s soft & slightly stretchy/gives to movement. I never lost a single bead or stitching! Well made and a great price!
