YES for postpartum!!!
I’m currently in the hospital after having my second baby and these are infinitely better than the mesh cotton panties the hospital provides. These disposable panties are thicker, softer and feel more substantial than the other brands. Because of the built in absorbent pad, this also cuts out another step during self-care following labor. I take one of these panties, layer with witch hazel wipes, then spray lidocaine. These also hold up the “padsicles” so much better than the simple mesh panties. I’m currently a size 8-10 postpartum and the medium fits well. I could see them fitting a smaller frame but also stretchy enough to fit larger sizes. One last thing I was worried about, the sound. These are not crunchy feeling and don’t make noise when I move or walk. Take my advice and pack these in your hospital bag! Best postpartum purchase.

Can wear with regular clothes!
My mother has always had to wear the thick underwear and has always been one to dress up when she goes to the Dr, church, anything for the grandkids. She couldn't wear what she was used to UNTIL I found these for her. I do all the reviews on everything so I surprised her and bought these, just to try, she was so happy with them. She could wear what she wanted to wear because she said these hold very well and are like actual panties. I'm so glad they hold well and fit great, they're comfortable and she's happy! She was concerned about how they'd hold up and how often she'd have to change but she's really satisfied. It's hard to find many that are dependable but these seem to fit all of her needs. Thanks so much!!

Great for post partum care!
I used these for several months after giving birth. I tried thick pads and other adult diapers but these were by far the most comfortable, the most effective, and they have a high waist band which was perfect for recovering from a c-section. My only gripe was that you have to pull them up very slowly and carefully because the waist band material rips very easily.

Postpartum
I got these to use postpartum and they did the job perfectly. Took them straight to the hospital, and they served their job right from the beginning. These are way more comfortable than what the hospital offers. They were easy to use. I didn’t experience any leakage, even during the earlier days. They seemed durable.Sizing was accurate to the listing. I would recommend these to anyone looking to use them for the same purpose.

Great for Postpartum!
As a new mom these are a time saver! Previously I was spending those precious few moments (that a new mom rarely has) on a diy version, cutting a puppy pad (for extra absorbency), lining it in my disposable underwear (cheap ones the hospital provided), putting aloe vera/witch hazel wet wipe in the center, only to have it all fall apart and dirty my clothes from just walking around and living my life. These are absorbent, comfortable, they don't move around from you walking and hold everything in! The one negative I could find was after a shower, putting one of these on would do something to the material, not sure if it absorbed the water on your skin, skin was too damp, whatever but the undies basically tore. On dry skin they glide on smoothly but wet skin? Good luck pulling these up your legs!I think it fits true to size, I am 5'9, 140 lbs and the size small fit perfectly. The first week of Postpartum they were a little snug but week 2 for me has them gliding on more smoothly without squishing my tummy.

42F and just in case
I've purchased these to only wear when I'm going to be jumping or dancing around. Live music and concerts are my heart. I bought these to wear on the occasion I know I could leak during activity. They don't feel too bulky, and are fairly comfortable considering. Have worn them twice, and only once did I really need it and it performed as it should. Because of the colors I didn't feel too old lol.

Comfortable on the outside, at least.
My sensitive bits do NOT like these. I can wear a pair for a few hours, but definitely not longer. They do fit well and my skin is fine with the material for the panties (easily cut off, nice feature!), but the actual absorbing pad is irritating and makes me sore and itchy. The outsides are fine, although these do bag a bit in the crotch area, it did not seem to effect the liquid absorbing powers. Thankfully!I was testing these for stress incontinence and they were unable to handle the volume of liquid in my bladder, even after I had peed first in the restroom to ensure the least amount of liquid remaining. So, I was not impressed by the capacity. Maybe they work better if liquid is added slowly? They were easy to remove, did not get any part of me wet when removing them, and trashing them was simple. That's a definite plus.I'd like them if they could hold more liquid (even if the liquid is added quickly) and didn't irritate my sensitive bits. Pads never bother me, I don't know why these do.
