Frostfire Moonwrap - Adult Waterproof Changing Robe

I don’t usually review items unless something exceeds my expectations in some way and one such item is the Moonwrap changing robe. At a quarter of the price of other well known change robes this was ordered with the expectation of a lower quality, less well constructed item. How wrong was I, this is a well thought through quality item!I have just returned from a rain swept triathlon and have been completely impressed. From its numerous huge zipped pockets (so wallets, phones, keys and passes will not be lost) the snuggly warm fleece lining and waterproof outer, to the high quality zips and stitching - it massively punched above its weight making changing, staying dry and warm a synch!It was the point of much discussion with the discerning triathletes being amazed at the price as it compared on a par with the Dry Robe!I expect there to be an influx of orders and I am keeping mine on until May! It feels like you are wearing a big hug!

I have both a Dryrobe and a Moonwrap. I use the Dryrobe, which is a bit warmer for outdoor activities, as it's pretty cold and windy where I live, and the Dryrobe is a little bit more insulated.The Moonwrap is perfect for coming out of the pool and heading home, without needed to get changed at the gym. I stay nice and toasty and my car stays dry. I decided to get this, as I didn't want the chlorine to damage my Dryrobe.

My wife wanted something to use for changing and this robe had an excellent price, it looks good and is well made. The insideIs nice and soft and the outside is waterproof and easy to clean. Excellent value would highly recommend.

The positive reviews which I read before buying were a great help. The 'leading brand' costs more than twice this and yet do not be put off - this outer material is thick, warm and water-proof; the fleece inner is thick, comfortable and incredibly warm. Highly recommended.

I'm a year round Wild Swimmer based in Norfolk, now completed my first year with minimal kit, and decided to invest in a Changing Robe - retain body warmth up to the moment of water entry, and minimise further heat loss on water exit. The Moonwrap Long Sleeve fits the bill perfectly! A lovely synthetic 'lambs wool' fleece insulating layer inside, wind and water proof shell outside and a good to flip up hood to keep head and neck out of the weather. In detail, the zipped inner chest security pocket is an ideal safe place for car keys, and I keep a Beanie hat in one of the outside zipped hand pockets so it's ready to go! It's great that the main front zip is two way, I unzip downwards and dress my top half, zip back up and then unzip from the bottom to then dress my bottom half - works a treat. If there's one useful trick - take a hand towel and dry off immediately after swimming, that keeps your Changing Robe clean and dry. Overall very happy with my purchase!
