Horrible shipping. Would not buy, I’m waiting for my refund.

Missing items that were supposed to be included and clippers look used. Also box was badly damaged when received

First off...I ordered this in the beginning of May 2020. Much like everyone else during covid lock down, my husband needed a hair cut. Figured I would get clippers and do it for him that's all he gets at the salon/barber anyways is a quick clip.Item didn't come till beginning of June...when my request for refund or to return item was up. And it came in a bubble envelope, not helpful to the clipper box. (it was suppose to be a prime item too) The comb even though we won't use it it, is missing a tooth or two. There is no oil with it like it shows on the box either.To pour salt on the already open wound when we tried to use it, the blades are so dull it doesn't cut. It was pulling my husbands hair, not cutting it.Again the time to return and ask for a refund was past before I received the item so all I can do is to warn buyers to Not buy these. Go buy from another seller, my choice was limited because everywhere was selling out at the time.Thankfully hair salons are open now...

I ordered this product in late April and just received it two days ago in late June. I honestly sort of lucked out because I had waited so long that I was able to get a refund, but since the package was deemed "lost" I guess they just let it ship to me anyway. So really I got a free pair of clippers. It just took it ages to get to me.The clippers are pretty alright, they are quiet. They come with a few different sized guards, a comb, some scissors, a little brush, which were all nice additions.The person who cut my hair with the clippers is not a legit hairstylist, but he cut hair for a long time in the military, so I feel like he knows what he's doing a little more than the average person would, but the clippers were really pinchy and harsh when cutting my hairline. Take that as you will, and with a grain of salt since there is a possibility he could have just been using them wrong.Overall, these clippers are pretty okay. They're definitely not super nice like clippers you would get at Costco or something like that, but they do an okay job. They're easy to hold and feel good in your hand and the pattern on them makes them hard to slip out of your hand.If I were you, based on the quality of the clippers and the insane wait time and confusing communication I had with the seller during the wait time, I would most definitely just go to costco or even walmart and buy a pair of clippers there, as you'll probably get more bang for your buck and you won't be waiting two months to receive your product.

I have a month without answers my purchase are irresponsible

took over 4 weeks to get --then they wouldn't work anywaythrew them out and went walmartshopping at walmart from now on

These took 3 months to be delivered, and they appear to be if very poor quality. We had to purchase a different set because they took so long. Then, the seller wouldn’t refund the purchase (they offered 60%...?). Also, they are not actually wireless. They can be “charged”, but there’s no way to remove the actual wire. Very strange product. Buyer beware indeed.

First off it's corded so it doesn't have a battery life, secondly this is the cheapest thing I have ever used in my entire life. I would never use it ever again in fact I want my money back
