these break far too easily

I purchased the glasses to use on occassions when I needed to read fine print. Over a three month period I used them 3 or 4 times and was pleased. However, the last time I used them they snapped at the bridge and are no longer usable.I immediately contacted the vendor through Amason.com on August 2nd and again on August 15th. It has been almost a month since my last contact and I haven't received one word in the form of a reply. This vendor has no customer service and the product though conceptually is attractive is stood behind by the vendor and should in my opinion be avoided.

I have several pairs of these and have given a few to my friends. They fit neatly in my wallet. I have used them regularly at restaurants and other places quite successfully. I sit on my wallet most of the day and I've not had a pair break on me. I love these things and I am very surprised they are not far more popular .
