This stuff is fantastic. I actually like that there's a ton of corn meal in it, it adds a good texture and extra dimension of a taqueria vibe. Definitely has an umami flavor in there reminiscent of mushroom powder or MSG (not a complaint!)My only complaint is I wish it was less salty, so that I could use even more of it at once. Still a flavor blast though. Makes really good vegan tacos and burritos with Beyond/Impossible burger.

I'm a big fan of this taco seasoning. It's usually good value and tastes great. You might want ot use less than the package recommends based on your taste since it can feel pretty thick.
