Worked as it was suppose to
Worked great. Gave it 4 stars because I had to modify the top cover so it would not interfere with the throttle linkage. Just took a knife and carved about 2”x2” off the inside of the cover and it worked fine. Adjusted carb and throttle and runs smooth. It says it is a direct fit in the product description but that’s not so. My carb had a plastic cam the rode on the throttle linkage, the new one had a metal linkage. All in all I was happy with the carb.

Works great . Just a little adjusting .
Very easy to install . It didn't break the bank . I was ready to buy a new chainsaw until I saw this on Amazon . Now my old chainsaw runs like new .

Carburetor Works
Mounted the carb. The cover over the engine did not seat properly and interfered with the throttle and choke linkage. Ran the saw without the cover. It ran well, only a few pulls with choke, kill switch good, choke retracted when throttle trigger was pulled as it should, primer bulb did it's job. The cover has a has a plastic sort of flange that gets in the way of the throttle / choke linkage. Will have to modify / cut or file away a bit of plastic to allow the linkage to move freely.

My chainsaw is back to live
The problem was with fuel lines which were clogged and falling apart. All parts fit well - I have Poulan Pro PP3516 - the major challenge was to pull new fuel lines through the holes which was accomplished with sharpening one end of the line and using thin pliers to pull them into a gas tank. Replaced a bulb, fuel lines, fuel filter and a gas cap and it started with no problems.

Struck out
Saw runs uncontrollably with this carb. Runs better with the old one. The gas cap isn't vented so I keep getting a vacuum lock. Looking elsewhere.

It's the little things that gonna bite you
I like the price and I liked the included items.Glad that the description told me the air filter wouldn't fit my saw (PP4218AVX).What it didn't say was that the fuel cap did not have a breather vent. I was already having fuel starvation problems, didn't need more from this.But the worst part was adding a throttle linkage to what was a floating cam follower. This linkage bound at full travel and would not close the butterfly plate when the throttle was released.The linkage also prevented the top cover from closing properly.
