REVIEW OF AUTOMATIC CHANGEOVER SWITCH SUPPLIED BY M/S WADERS:
1. I am using the changeover switch supplied by WADERS for automatic regulation of single phase DG Supply from Captive Generator in our campus of the Society.2. The function is automatic: It limits the DG Supply within the allowed quota for the apartment, therefore no need for an additional mcb installation. One need to be careful in specifying the limiting current correctly (2.5A onwards ...24A) at the time of ordering itself. If one is not sure, then opt for 24A and use existing mcb meant for DG Supply.3. LCD displays supply volts (V) and current (A), which is very helpful if one is interested in knowing or controlling domestic consumption kWh (monthly bill or UNITS).4. The Changeover look nice, one can read it in dark also.5. Beware purchasers !!! Worst experience of purchase of Waders Automatic Changeover Switch
Worst amazon purchases ever. The product stop working after two weeks, send it back for a replacement under warranty, they are not responding my request nor replaced the product. Feel cheating with warranty period.

Compact unit just works well!
A well made product. Does the job.Provides a 5 second delay while switching over.Bought it for a upgrade of my home genset panel. Completed as a DIY weekend project.Works well. A minor issue noticed was the voltage and current readouts on the device. It does not tally with the actuals measured separately. It has no effect on the core working and hence I continue to use it. Seems to be a calibration error. Spoke to the company at their given numbers, they acknowledged the issue and immediately promised a replacement.

The Product is good but LED Indication is not working from the beginning
The Product is good but LED Indication is not working from the beginning ! But once installed in an Apartment Complex, it is difficult to remove from panel unless I get a replacement. I have therefore left it as it is !But I LOVE AMAZON !

Best Automatic Change over switch
Best Automatic change over switch. My idea is to use Solar inverter as Main supply and reserve supply from grid(when the battery back up finishes) I appreciate the separate isolated neutral connection which will save inverter. It is a best buy.

Voltmeter is not correct.
Voltmeter is not correct. The Waders voltmeter shows 183 volts, and a multi-tester shows 231 volts.

Received in exchange of defective product a low end product.
Used for solar and raw power changeover the device did not work for a day also, when i requested for a replacement it was replaced with a low cost product. Hope that works fine.

Working well. The manufacturer should have provided a shell to cover the connected terminals as a safety measure.
