Interesting story of a man from London who went on an American quest of crossing the country depending on the kindness of strangers. Would have given the book five stars except for the unacceptable use of the word f... several times. Not necessary for the story. Otherwise it was a good read.

I was so pleasantly surprised at this book! It's a page turner (which is difficult to come across these days), and a very easy read. I opened it up to the middle to preview and couldn't stop reading the chapter about the paranoid lady-Cinnamon :)Highly recommend this for a very fun and heartfelt experience!As an aside, I found that the author is currently doing a "kindness cab" across america to raise money for children's books and charity. The book is an easy read that I finished in a two days or about 5 hours total. It is an interesting look at traveling the United States and the people who inhabit this country. The author, his journey and the idea are all charming but the book suffers from giving the reader a 30,000ft view of the trip and the people. It lacks the detail of the people he meets to make this a truly compelling story. Good work overall!

It was such an amazing journey reading this book.It makes you grow, it makes you think, it makes you want to become more... a better person, a kinder human being, a true adventurer!As far as motivational books go this is up there with the best of the best.If you are ready to face your real self and finally realize your dreams let Leon show you the way. You won't regret it, believe me!

Awesome read, so unpredictable, each chapter a new adventure, after reading it I bought his next one, and the next one.....

It was ok but I wouldn't suggest it to a friend

Great memoir on a travel experience. A little disappointed that the audio version wasn't Leon himself with his adorable English accent. But a good read and listen otherwise.

The book made me nod, shake, grimace smile and cheer. It 're-enforced my faith in the image goodness in each of us and our own power to do good and bless others, no matter where we are or what we are doing.Tomorrow is the start of a new day and new adventure.

Brilliant book by a brilliant human being!
