Helps Restore Gut Health
I have had gut health issues in the past which has led me to feeling sluggish, not being able to sleep well, and also not properly processing the food I eat. So I wanted to give this product a try in order to keep my gut health at an optimal level.I have using this for about a month now and I can say that my gut issues have pretty much been neutered. My sluggishness is gone and I can think more clearly throughout the day. I don't have excessive cravings anymore, especially for sweets. I get full with normal portions and my stomach feels balanced after a meal. Overall I would say taking this supplement has been a success.

Can't take it any more
I've been using this for about 2 years and cannot tell if it helped at all, though I can say it didn't hurt, Recently I've noticed it burns my esophagus after I've taken it. I do have delayed esophageal emptying, but I always have. Why this started I have no idea. I kept trying to take it and ignore it but it really started to feel burning each time I took it. Gave the rest (bottle and half) to my husband. Hope it helps him. Not certain what of the ingredients caused the burning, but maybe the ginger??

Good supplement
I am really happy with this got regulators supplement. It arrived quickly and well packaged. The capsules are standard size capsules and easy to swallow. There is no discernible taste or odor. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects. So far my gut feels great and I’ve had no issues!
