The flag looks great, everything is double stitched
I bought this flag to put up in my den and the size and proportions are just perfect for me. So I do not worry about how much of a beating it will take on a boat in heavy weather. However, it is double-stitched throughout with triple stitching on the all-striped free-flying end. It has sturdy grommets, and has uncommonly finely embroidered stars.It is waterproof, of course, being made of medium-weight nylon. It is a handsome flag, I am only sorry not to find any "made in USA" label anywhere. For my usage and to my eye, I rate this a full five stars. My wife liked it very much, too.Oh, and one other thing: I ordered this on Tuesday here in South Korea and it was delivered this morning, Saturday!!! You can't beat that fast delivery with a stick!

Lost its color in 3 months
I agree with others that it seems like good quality and well sewn however I've had mine for 3 months and it has FADED BADLY.I will have to trash it next summer because it will be PINK,WHITE AND LAVENDER.Very disappointed! 2 stars for its construction and zero stars for fade resistance.If you don't mind flying pale red,WHITE and faded blue.....this flags for you.

Faded at 3 mos, shredding at 6 months in the Californian sun
Looked nice when we put it up, but it has not lasted nearly as well as the other flags around our home.

Red turned pink
Within 4 months the red has faded terribly. It may not actually be pink yet, but it's on its way! (It is on a west-facing wall.) I also fly the flag of Norway nn that country's flag days and the contrast between the two reds is striking and embarrassing. I'll need to replace this one.

Dont hold up!
Very pleased when we first got this flag, but soon realized it is cheaply made and didn't hold up. This is on a Tour boat that only runs 16 MPH at best and the ends of the flag showed first signs of failure, now the stripes are just thread. This has only been on the boat for 2 months. Very disappointing!

Frayed on 2nd boating trip.
Came apart and frayed really bad on just our 2nd boating trip with it. Really disappointed with this as the size was perfect and I loved the way it looked with stitched stars... but... 2 boating trips and it’s time to find a new option already :(
