The pills are a manageable size. Sundance is a brand I trust. The only thing I don't love is that you have to take 3 pills a day so this bottle doesn't even last three weeks!

I like taking Hair, Skin and Nail Vitamins. I can definitely tell a difference when cutting my nails as they are thicker when I do take Hair, Skin and nail Vitamins. Finding the right brand though isn't always the easiest as there are so many options out there. I try and stick with brand names that I know, and I do know of the Sundance brand, so I trust the quality and safety of these vitamins. The suggested serving is 3 pills so even though there are 60 pills in the bottle this is only a 20-day supply which really isn't that long. The pills are medium sized coated hard pills that were easy to swallow. I didn't notice a taste from them and didn't experience any aftertaste.

I've been taking Biotin supplements on their own, but this is a good Biotin-With-Benefits caplet, with many other vitamins in it at the same time. The caplets are white, solid, and, compared to some other vitamins, a bit large, about 3/4". The coating makes them a little smoother. In each caplet, there is Biotin, but also Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin B, Collagen, and Folate, too, as well as a few other vitamins and minerals. I like that I can still use these for the hair and skin benefits on a daily basis, while getting some other nutrients as well.
