This is a great idea, and a very poor design. It will not stay on the leg it slides down almost immediately. In order to keep it in place one will have to tighten up so much, it may compromise one's circulation, and still slides down now with the added disadvantage that will scratch your skin. Believe me I wanted it to work, I couldn't wait to get it, I was highly disappointed.

I'm 6'3" ,200lbs and I have two major injuries to my left knee(one requiring placement of a surgical pin) so walking and sprinting are quite problematic to me. Within two days of receiving these spring knee supports the aforementioned movements are no longer an arduous task,but a bouncing newfound walking/sprinting experience. Once I get my bicycles fixed/upgraded I'm going to see how well I do with these while cycling. So why did I give this glowing product a mere 04 out of 05 stars? One of the holding screws fell out which shouldn't have occurred with a new product which I attribute to shoddy product tested. Otherwise, I'm rather pleased with product purchase(sans the aforementioned flaw) and would recommend this item to others.

I've worn many different types of braces and these were not a comfortable solution for me. When worn moderately tight they tended not to stay in place. When adjusted tight enough to kind of stay in place, they cut off my circulation and if I sat down for any length of time they became very uncomfortable quickly. Great idea but they didn't work for me.

I have weak arthritic knees and these have helped add stability. Comfortable design.

I agree with this customer I have the same problem not really designed to stay up. You will have to wear long pants with this since you have to have it so tight it cuts off the circulation in the legs..

Well to start, very uncomfortable.After a week of use one has already fallen apart. Do not buy this not worth the money

The concept is good but the quality not so much. The springs had popped out after only 3 days of use. Ended up wearing a pull on brace with them because they wouldn't stay in place. It would be nice if you could buy things like this at a cheap price that were built to last. Why does the saying "You get what you paid for" always have to be a negative🤔
