This is a gorgeous carry-on. Durable exterior fabric—you can feel the quality. Zippers are heavyweight, not flimsy. The gold brass zippers in the front are similarly chunky. (I think the black/gold colorway has been discontinued.) I love the dual access: the zippered interior partition allows you to separate clean and dirty clothes, or shoes, toiletries, etc, by accessing the front compartment separately. Or you can leave the interior partition unzipped and pack it like a top-loading trunk—one big space. Wheels are smooth, handle doesn’t jiggle, and I appreciate all the extra pockets, of which there are several. Lots of organization for a carry-on. It may be pricey but it looks like a long term piece. (Shown with the Halsey backpack.)

Smaller than the TUMI bag I was replacing and no garment clip/bag inside. Other bags ha e this, but I was already spending enough on this one. Still... great bag. Can get a lot in it, rolls easy and fits in all overhead bins.

I use this very nice, wide carry on my solitary suitcase for many trips, including Europe for 2 weeks. Due to the front load possibility, you can get boots/shoes as well as a lot of clothes inside. You can also divide it into two compartments, which allow you to use the very nice included garment bag for wrinkle prone garments (buy the Tumi hangers!) Expands to a generous, chunky size, and the wheels roll smooth as silk. Spendy, yet handsome, and really worth it.

While there is an investment to get this kind of quality, it is worth every penny. The design has so many compartments and access points, that getting to the various sections is a breeze. Best piece of luggage we own.

The quality is good, while it’s overpriced. If you aim to have a decent one, it’s a good choice.

So heavy that cannot be lifted into an overhead bin by a strong, 57 year old woman. Also, hard to carry up and down the stairs. I am not an overpacker at all but now have a very expensive bag that I cannot return and I cannot use.

I love the ease of use and overall design of the Tumi. I splurged to get this as I have other luggage but now I don't leave home without it. Best luggage you can find.

La meilleure valise que j'ai jamais eu. Excellent design, compartiments bien pensés. Roule tout seul. Si les affaires sont bien rangées, on peut avoir facile de quoi faire une semaine de voyage. Des fois je l'enregistre avec 20kg grace a l'extension. Quand in la, on ne pense plus acheter une autre, on est tranquile. Prix neanmoins tres cher.
