Fantastic tea
This is my go to tea. It’s warm and comforting. The tangy citrus flavor is almost like a dessert.

The Original herbal tea (for me)
I was introduced to Red Zinger as a young man of 23 at my first real job. My manager always walked around with a cup of red tea. I asked him about it and he gave me a teabag. I was hooked. I have been drinking Red Zinger now for almost 50 years and I still love it! Now it is the go to for my wife and son as well. The taste is infact Zingy and it is infact red. The flavor profile is stimulating without being caffinated. The mint is subtle. Hibiscus is driving the car though! Yummy

It isn't a tea per se. There's no lemon zinger tea leaves or trees. It's just a term applied
A personal favorite for tea. To me this tastes better when putting a tablespoon or two of honey directly onto the teabag, then pouring hot water directly onto the honey. If you didn't know, honey has more calories per tsp. or tbsp. than sugar but of course honey is much better for you, unless you're diabetic in which case... If the sweetness isn't right, e.g. not sweet enough I put a package of artificial see in with it. If it's too sweet add more water. It always works out fine for me. It's really delicious and I believe rich in antioxidants. White tea and green tea is I'm certain, Herb tea not 100% sure. Black tea is good for your stomach, I researched this extensively back from 2003 through the end of 2004 and stayed on that subject with a friend attending UNLV as a nutritionist who went on after graduation to write for a newspaper in Chicago. The point is, without Googling it now, I can't remember off the top of my head the exact naturally occurring constituents in tea that makes the difference. The caffeine in tea different from the caffeine in coffee while we're on the subject. It's not as harsh. In closing, this is referred to as tea, there are no lemon zinger tea trees or bushes this is derived from so it isn't tea per se. Like I said at the beginning here, this is a personal favorite of mine and I add that lemon pie or lemon pudding is not and there's no antioxidants in black tea, but it doesn't change the fact it's good for your stomach blah blah blah
