Since I've been taking chemo my hair has disappeared so I put the chemo cap on underneath my scarf that I wear for the day, just in case the scarf falls off. But these caps are so comfortable to my head no pinching they fit just right. I even sleep in them.

Love how this feels on my head but runs a bit small. Wanted a snug fit, which it is, but could extend a little more over the head. If you have a small head, this will do well for you.
