It's formulated to ensure that the paper will maintain its opacity, instead of becoming transparent as a result of the ICE Resin. Simply apply with a sponge and let air dry for 30 seconds to a minute before applying the resin and inserting into a bezel, etc. Great for keeping dark lines in your collage work or maintaining the clarity of photographs under resin.
