Excellent incentive spirometer. I especially like the built in basketball game! It is very well made and looks like it will last. Came well packaged in a lovely looking box with simple-to-follow instructions. Will definitely become a daily tool to help me with my deep breathing exercises! Great value for money. Would definitely buy again!

I wanted something different to my red powerbreath to help poor lung function/asthma, this being self adjustable for length of breathing in and ball to drop into the basket upon completion of breathing in, after 10min session I can feel improvement already and no straining like the powerbreath. Good price, will last and does the job.

It's ok, if a bit gimmicky. Not suitable for someone who wants to take his breathing exerciser with him when away from home.

Seems very cheaply made and I’m not at all site what bits are supposed to move if any. Would not recommend
