There's not a Bear Creek soup that I don't LOVE LOVE LOVE! I've tried them all. The ease in which dinner is prepared is awesome! fill a big pot with 8 cups of water. No lid. Bring it to a boil. Whisk in the dry soup mix. Lower the flame. Let bubble away for 15 minutes only checking on it and giving it an occasional stir. Served with a good bread and a tossed salad and even my 2 grown sons get full! Bear Creek soups taste SO close to homemade from scratch it's not even funny. They are pure comfort food on a chilly day! I have a subscription for my 3 favorite styles Minestrone, creamy wild rice and Creamy potato. Sometimes the stores don't carry it so having a subscription from Amazon ensures I never run out when I need it.

I absolutely love this soup mix. I have been using it for years. Had not been able to find it in my area for quite awhile and when I did it was a bit expensive but, kept purchasing it…Because it is “that” good!. 😊 Now I order 5 packs at a time, so I always have it on hand.It is convenient, easy, quick and delicious. I like to add ground turkey and serve with a side salad.

I think these soups taste great, they make a lot and are easy to make. I also like to add a few potato chunks to it if I have any extra potatoes around. I just microwave them, peel the skins and cube them and throw them in. People truly think I made it from scratch. Top it with cheese and bacon bits and people love it.

Really good flavor. Only 3 stars because I cooked and cooked and cooked and the potatoes are still hard. Some are soft but most are hard. Bought 2 packs and removed all the potatoes from the 2nd. Added my own and it was awesome.
