Rolser Logic Tour / I-Max Casual Daypack

Bought this for my 73 year old mother, to replace her old 2 wheeled Rolser. She is very fashionable and only wants products that suit her 'young' image - she did not want an old fuddy-duddies trolley! The fabric and design is classic and understated. We know the fabric is hard wearing as it's the same her previous Rolser. When we opened the cardboard box it had been put in to be delivered, we were shocked how small it was. It was packed in clear shrink wrap plastic and had cardboard protecting the wheels. It had an instruction booklet and other info attached to the handle with plastic loops.Our original Rolser was very much loved, over 8 years old and pretty much as sturdy as the day we'd bought it. However, the handle at the top had recently cracked with so much use. She only wanted Rolser as we have only had positive experiences with this brand in the past.Some of the usage issues we'd had with the old Rolser (which didn't fold) were, it was difficult to fit into a car boot/shopping cart and it often had to be lifted if it needed to be turned quickly in a small area. Strength needed to carry and manoeuvre it was a concern. We choose the new Rolser to match what she had loved with her original trolley, and to hopefully overcome the above issues.This Rolser is a good size. I would say the shopping equivalent to approximately 2.5-3 full 'bags for life' could fit into it comfortably if packed well. The 2 ways it can be folded (handle can be folded to the front or back) helps when she gets a lift in a car, or has to hop onto a busy bus. There is a carrying handle for when it is being moved whilst empty and folded.The shopping cart hanging feature is a plus. Hooked on the shopping cart, she can now see where she is going when moving around the supermarket, instead of the Rolser taking up cart room and blocking her view. The hanging handle seems strong, but it is made from what looks like a hard plastic. Hoping it will stand the test of time.The ability to change from moving the trolley using 2 wheels to 6, is very easy once you get the hang of it. Changing the trolley from 2 to 6 wheels involves you using a foot to push gently down on a hard plastic bar till it clicks into place. You use the top of your foot to pull the bar up to change it back to 2 wheels. Once again, we are hoping this bar holds up to careful use over time.When in the 6 wheel position, you can almost spin it on the spot. The cart stands on all 6 wheels at an angle, allowing you to pull or push it without having to bear the usual dragging weight of the handle and trolley contents that you would on 2 wheels. You don't need to yank the handle down to activate the 2 wheels to move it. The trolley can glide on the 6 wheels with an effortless one handed push on smooth ground. Great for browsing aisles! However, if needed, you can quickly angle the trolley to be balanced on just 2 wheels, even when the 6 wheel position is active.Highly recommend this product if you are considering purchasing.

El paquete llegó bien protegido, el producto no sufrió daños ni desperfectos, la caja era del tamaño adecuado al producto y no me resultó complicado sacar el carro de su plástico protector. El carro es una maravilla, es de muy buena calidad, al ser plegable, ocupa muy poco espacio, tiene bastante capacidad y es muy cómodo de manejar al tener las cuatro ruedas delanteras giratorias. La única queja que tengo, es con la compañía de reparto... SEUR. Ya he realizado varios pedidos a Amazon, y con los que han sido enviados mediante SEUR, siempre me ha pasado igual. Es una empresa que no es nada puntual. Mi paquete supuestamente llegaba en un día porque soy de Amazon Prime, pues no, de eso nada, y también supuestamente lo recibiría hoy 10 de julio sobre las 9:00 de la mañana, y lo he recibido, pero a las 18:30, después de haber perdido toda la mañana en casa sin haber podido ir a la compra ni nada por si venía el paquete. Eso es muy muy molesto. Con los pedidos que sean enviados por SEUR, no me pasa más esto, porque los cancelaré. He recibido paquetes más rápido con otras compañías de reparto y sin ser Prime, que siendo Prime y con esta compañía. MUY SATISFECHO CON EL CARRO, PERO INDIGNADO CON SEUR.

Este carrito de la compra para mí es ideal, un tamaño justo para una familia de dos, tres personas. Muy cómodo de llevar y la verdad que aunque de apariencia puede parecer pequeño cunde un montón. Lo tuve que devolver porque el mismo día que me llegó me apareció uno idéntico envuelto entero de regalo con un lazo incluido hasta del mismo color!! Lo devolví sin empaquetar siquiera. Pero estoy super contenta con él. Rolser es una gran marca con muy buenos productos, ésto hay que reconocerlo.

So far I am very pleased with the trolley. I bought it for the folding feature so time will tell whether the frame will stand up to the recommended weights being carried. However, it has now had three outings contained with loads of books and though I suffer with a bad back, I found it quite easy to pull along a full load without jarring my back.I played safe by going for plain black, but quite fancy a smaller Rolser in a funkier colour. Quality, capacity and overall appearance very good and I have had many appreciative comments.I wasn't happy about buying online without seeing/trying it out, but the seller offered free returns. I haven't seen Rolsers in the shops - wonder if there's somewhere in London that stocks them? Anyone out there know a stockist?
