This book is perfect for children whose minds are still developing
This book is perfect for children whose minds are still developing. It really helps kids become proficient readers and connect the dots with analogies. It is a fun and engaging read for elementary school students and I recommend it to any teachers looking to provide a mind-opening, clever activity for their kids.

Perfect book for young minds!
This book is a beautifully done and an extremely clever and valuable learning tool for pupils from kindergarten to grade 3!The analogies will stretch and strengthen pupils' minds as they contemplate relationships and fill in the blanks -- such as, "Right-side-up is to upside down, as front is to . . . back). And the information delivered in the book is guaranteed not only to educate but entertain. "Front is to back" is illustrated with a brilliantly colored peacock.Throughout the book, colorful photographs are rich in subject matter and variety -- including a mother kangaroo and baby in its pouch; a red-gowned bride in China; a NASA rocket blasting off; and the wonderful cover subjects: a cat riding piggyback on a dog walking on hind legs.Buy this for the young people in your life. If you're a teacher, order copies for your classes.

The pictures inside are simply amazing and the analogies match perfectly with every picture
This is the most original analogy book I've ever seen, the cover alone is so appealing! The pictures inside are simply amazing and the analogies match perfectly with every picture. For young ones learning to read, the pictures really give the push to read those words to figure out the answer. There is a lot to be learned as there are descriptive answers to every analogy (even from different cultures!). I have 3 sons that have read this book and are looking forward to the next one, having kids now days that are interested in a book (physical one at that) speaks highly of the author! Great job Jan Zebrack, looking forward to Book 2!!!
