There better than long insoles and do the job to am extent not 💯 perfect but better than without or long ones

Useful to reduce shoe size
A nice alternative to only heel grips as these adhere to the inner sole of the shoe. I got these to reduce my size 6 shoes to a 5.5 a s has been useful. Although they aren't madly adhesive and are peeling off abit so I have to be careful to place my foot in my shoes so as not to pull them away too much. Overall I would recommend as there are 4 colours to suit different shoes.

Just started to use them in boots. So far so good. They are padded and stick very well and secure
