Terrific product. Our entire family uses it!I have no connection to this company and received nothing for this review. I'm writing it because this worked beyond our expectations and Steele Spirit seems like a terrific company that deserves a good word.A bit of background for the review. We're a family with mostly healthy (but far from perfect) eating and exercise habits. We like our food to be fresh, but we don't really go in for all the health crazy supplements. We're pretty much vitamins and a few no-brainers like calcium. We do have a few family members with chronic GI problems, though, which had led us to pro-biotics as a supplement that would be "worth it," as part of a healthful diet, whether or not one has gastric problems. Pouring through the choices and reviews on Amazon, as well as talking to friends, we tried out several that probiotics, until we landed on these from Steele Spirit, a company we'd never heard of. Given the reviews and ratings, we decided to try them out, first their "regular" ultra-biotics - which produced some incredible changes within 7-10 days, then tried their "advanced," which are just as good (though you only have to take one pill, not two). We've found our pro-biotic.The most dramatic change was in an adult family member who has suffered from constipation for several years, having seen several doctors about it, trying different diets, and taking Miralax daily. With these pro-biotics, the constipation has gone away and she had not used Miralax since. Knowing that the body is naturally doing its work is great, plus it's so nice to to have to buy Miralax anymore. We did not expect a big change like this and even called the GI doctor to let him know.Based on that, we started giving one a day to our child, who often experiences bloat after eating and has lactose intolerance. We had tried changing diet changes and other probiotics (the ones labeled for kids), with some limited success. Within a week, the gas and bloating had gone away.For the rest of us, without problems, we take it as a dietary supplement knowing it can only help.A few other thoughts:TAKING THE CAPSULE & STORAGE:The capsule is easy enough for a child to swallow. Advanced and "regular" are both the same size, although the company recommends just one "Advanced" needed per day. When you're looking at pro-biotic, one of the most important aspects is that it be able to survive stomach acids and make it into the gut. Does it need to be refrigerated? Taken on an empty stomach? Steele Spirit states theirs do not - room temp and with or without food is fine. Based on our experiences, we can attest this is true. We've taken them with us on trips, packed in suitcases, stuffed in pockets, with dinner, before breakfast - they always work the same. Many pro-biotic companies state the same thing. It may be true, just be sure to check for yourself. For lazy people like us, the less you have to remember, the more likely we are to use it! What we do at home, for simplicity, we just leave the bottles in the fridge (can't hurt and easy to find) and take them in the morning.THE COMPANY:Steele Spirit ships fast, stands by their products, and seems very dedicated to customer service. They seem like a stellar company. I hope they put out more information about themselves and their products.

I have been using this product approximately two weeks. I have also done a couple other things in this time and I believe it's a combined effect. However, I researched for hours before settling on this particular probiotic and am so happy I ordered it. I am feeling so much better than I even was a couple weeks ago. I am taking this everyday since opening. I watched a very long video on the effects of candida and the havoc it wreaks on your body if you have an overgrowth of it. If you're overeating and craving sugary carb laden foods, you most likely have an overgrowth of it and this is where the probiotic comes in. It balances out the bacteria in your body, in which the good bacteria eliminate the bad and overgrowth of candida.Anyway, here are the other things I've done. It's not for everyone I understand:1. I drink about a half cup of water with a tablespoon of Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar before I eat in the morning and before each main meal.2. I am also taking digestive enzymes. If you don't like pill popping, I use chewable Papaya Enzyme with Chlorophyll by American Health.I have only begun doing this regimen in the past couple weeks and let me tell you, my appetite went from ravenous and overeating to lack of interest in food. No exaggeration!!! I've never not had an interest in food, except when I've had food poisoning. lol I'm the person that plans out my meals for the day before I've even had breakfast!! I don't have any cravings to speak of. I have been the 'bad' sugar/salty, flip flop eater that counters one with the other. I've noticed a decrease in belly fat that wouldn't budge for anything prior to beginning this regimen. I haven't noticed much of a loss in weight, though I am not concerned with that. It will come if I continue this and with these kind of results, I'm staying on it!!!

I got this probiotic to try after coming to order more Prescript Assist and finding that they had changed the formula significantly. Boo! (That product had been proven through studies to help significantly with the issue of flatulence. I found it to be effective, and used it when necessary.)I got this Steele Spirit probiotic because it has the two main bacteria I was looking for. Fortunately, it seems to be helping with the issue I needed it for, namely occasional periods of horrible flatulence. The kind you blame on the dog, because that's how awful they smell. I guess my gut sometimes gets an overabundance of methane-producing bacteria, and then I need to reinocculate with more of the good guys. This probiotic mix has definitely helped.

This product does exactly what it says, I have suffered for years from major diarrhea, and the doctors have given me all types of medications which barely helped or not at all. The Ultra-Biotics has gotten the over growth of inflammation under control. This is the only product which as by passed my stomach acid and was able to help my intestinal walls get healthy again.I can not tell you how much joy this product has brought me. I waited until I tried this product twice before leaving this review to make sure I was not dreaming, you can't loose if you use this product, you have noting to lose.PS: I have had surgery on my colon due to bilateral nerve damage from a previous surgery, just to let you know how serious my issue's are.

I have had digestive issues for quite a while. I also have had problems with bowel movements that have caused hemorrhoids. I had laser surgery years ago but sometimes the symptoms return. Since taking Ultra-Biotics I have become regular and feel much better about my overall health.I like the idea that no refrigeration is needed and I have no side effects. The company is very proactive about making sure you are happy with their products. I suggest anyone looking for an effective probiotic supplement should try this. I don't think you will be disappointed.
