I've had this for like a couple weeks and I started to find pieces of plastic in my drink!!! Took me a while to figure out where they came from.... but it has a plastic tip that came apart slowly and I've been drinking the pieces I guess :( Soooo after the tip came apart completely so did the stick, it's now trash and I wasted money, time and drank plastic!!! A refund would be nice, but I can't afford to waste any more time on this product! Take a look at my pics.

Love this. Use it daily for whipping small amounts of cream, frothing milk, making gravy, hot chocolate, beating egg whites; all of this tedious whipping becomes dreamlike with this tool. It feels weird not putting whipped cream on my coffee these days. When it first arrived and we used it, it seemed like little shaving (of metal?) came off with each push down. This happened only that first time so it was like "breaking it in." It never happened again since. There is also a little plastic covering on the tip of the base to prevent from scratching and if it's not cleaned soon after use, it can get caked on a bit (particularly with gravy). Just clean it after using it. My husband and I are both very pleased.

This is a really neat piece of equipment and I much prefer it to battery operated whisks. The Company seems very fair in dealing with the few complaints they have.

I really thought it was great until I found pieces of plastic in my coffee and almost swallowed them. I discovered then that my frother had fallen apart and became worthless.

It worked once, then the stem got stuck. I had to pull it out each time. I returned it. If it weren't defect, it's a great product. You don't need a battery.

This item worked well for a month or so .Then the plastic that holds the froth head together began to disintegrate leaving bits of plastic in the foamed milk. When will I learn items made in china never work for long.

Broke and was unusable after about 3 weeks of once daily use.

This is a cool whisk!!!! I use it to make green tea and whisk eggs. Push down on the handle and it spins one direction. Let the handle rise up again and it spins back the other direction! Makes fast work of whisking. The only critique I have, is it would be cool if the whisk had some sort of a base rather than a little plastic nub. A good base would not move around so much and would not wear down. Anyway, I highly recommend it!
