Basic Kava Kava Starter Kit for Two

The only way this could be better is if it came with a fresh coconut, I used the aluball shaker bottle with this and slow brewed it for an hour each batch, this made 4 batches. I can definitely can tell the difference with the soy lecithin, it works really good and I slept like a baby on a marshmallow one way to extract kavalactones is put 2 tablespoons kava root 1 teaspoon soy lechitin in the ball and use 8 oz water 2 oz coconut/almond/soy milk and a 1/4 teaspoon of olive oil and shake it for a couple minutes and let it sit for 15 minutes repeat until u get all the kavalactones out of the ball and get them to stick to the milk and oil. taking ur time is the key to making a potent kava drink and repeating every hour to achieve a good kava buzz also want to have an empty stomach and mix with weed to potentiate euphoria

I followed instructions to the letter. I thought they were supposed to grow larger, did not do anything.

Good introduction to Kava Kava! Kind of a messy activity but the flavor and overall feeling associated was very nice! Good product if you have anxiety!

Pros:Seller answered questions I had.Kit is cute and the bag is a nice touch.Instructions were included and they were easy to follow.Cons:Ok I like "earthy/spicy" like valarien root. But this tastes like you crushed up aspirin and put it in vomit. It is HARD to drink. But that is the nature of kava nothing this company did wrong. I found that it helped to brew in pinapple juice instead of coconut water. If you drink so that it hits the tip of your toungue before the back it is less bitter.After 5x doses I am just barely feeling anything. Probably the reverse tolerance issue. Once again not company's fault.All in all a good intro to kava as the kit has everything you need plus instructions.

Great product. The kava included is very potent and strong. The lemongrass makes the kava taste a lot more bearable. Couldn't be happier with the strainer bag.I think the negative review on the product was from someone who figured that they would grow the kava? they mentioned something about it not getting bigger haha.Learn how to use the kava properly and this product is definitely for you. good stuff, great quality products and packaging, and overall extremely satisfied with KV naturals inc.Keep up the good work!

Got it as a gift for a friend who has trouble sleeping due to cramps and mental issues. She liked it but I don’t know if she tried it yet. So this review may be generous for the circumstances but it is what it is.

I enjoyed this but warning. If you have an uneasy stomach do not use to much or you may have digestive issues
