Big enough for a person of 1.74

I went from rotting thin straps that came with my grandfathers accordion to these. The contrast is insane these are great. Complete beginner here but they were great for me

The fabric along one edge of one of the straps has started to come unsewn after moderate use. It seems that the stitching might not have caught the edge of the fabric along a distance of about 8-10 inches and the fabric and cardboard backing inside is coming apart.I have not yet contacted vendor to see about replacement or repair.

I bought these to replace a broken set of straps on our Hohner accordion. They seem like a good quality set of straps which will work well for years to come. They are well padded and comfortable to wear. It was a little tricky to squeeze them into the little metal loops on the top and bottom of the accordian when initially putting them on because of their size and thickness but they work well.

I bought my mom an old accordion. She always wanted one. When we got it, it was definitely aging but still played and sounded really good. The old straps made me nervous. They were fairly thin and the clasps that connected seemed like they could let go at any minute and the last thing I wanted was for this fairy expensive instrument to end up crashing to the ground. The music first black strips are fantastic. Would be nice if they came in brown to match the other leathers but honestly its not a big deal. They are very thick and well padded. They clasp together securely and they have completely improved the comfort of holding the accordion. They are also longer which is good cause my family is fairly tall and it was a lot more convenient but I supposed you could just cut holes into them if you were short, kinda like with a belt. Can't recommend these enough.

I ordered two sets of straps from different companies. This was the lower quality one and I returned it. The leather, doesn’t seem real and is fairly thin. It was more than half as thin as the other strap. The rivets are small and the buckles are very thin folded sheet metal. I would be uncomfortable to use this one on my large accordion. I think the strap might work for a 32 or less bass accordion.The other one I bought had thicker straps, moulded solid buckles and larger rivets.

Je pensais qu’elle allait arriver dans une petite valise, mais elles sont arrivés dans une boite. Dommage, je ne s’aurai pas ou les ranger si je dois les enlever. Sérieusement, je ne suis pas un expert en strap d’accordéon, mais comparativement a ce que j’avais avant, c’est le jour et la nuit. Je pensais détester l’attache dans le milieu du dos, mais elle réduit le poid sur les épaules. Je ne les ai pas encore beaucoup utilisé, alors je ne suis pas encore 100% a l’aise avec, mais avec le temps j’imagine qu’elles vont prendre la forme de mon corps. Sur ce, je retourne a mon accordéon.

I’ve ordered a few different sets of straps in the last couple of years and these are probably the best bang for the buck so far. The main reason is these are extra wide and padded plus they have a cross strap riveted on. I only wish that part was adjustable vertically (you can adjust horizontally). Otherwise shipping was a lot faster than originally projected - 11 days - so it was very good transaction.
