Great stuff.
This is a great product and I will continue getting it. It is very costly, and then add on the expesive shipping and yikes! But I do feel it is doing a wonderful job helping me keep my old horse healthy and happy so I will continue getting it. Thanks

This supplement is incredible, and I suggest it to picky eating hard-keepers.
While I did not have to purchase this from Amazon, due to a friend having a couple bags (and chubby horses), I wanted to write a review that talks about how amazing this stuff is! I own a 34 year old Arabian, who has always been a hard keeper. We rescued her about 10 years ago, and it took at least 5 to get her weight up to a normal range. When she turned 32 we noticed she was starting to drop her weight too much over the winter and took around 5 months to gain it all back. I had her on Weight Builder in addition to her normal Senior feed, and over the last couple winters, it worked wonders. This summer, unfortunately, she stopped responding to the weight builder, and because of the drought here in Michigan, we have very little grass. I was considering putting her on oil or upping her grain, even though it makes her very hot and nervous; not good for a horse who thinks about pacing and drops 10 lbs. When I mentioned this to my friend she gave me a bag and a half of Rice Bran pellets saying that it always worked for her. My mother and I could see the difference in about 3 weeks; my mares flanks weren't sunken in, and her barrel was starting to get a little more filled out as well. She has been on the rice bran for about 10 weeks and she looks really fantastic. We had her on 3 cups a day (she's ~850 lb normally), and we actually had to cut her back to two cups because she was getting a bit heavy. The nice thing about the rice bran is that it doesn't make my mare hot, her coat is starting to look fantastic, and even though she's the pickiest eater I've ever met, she gobbles it right up with her Senior feed. We are about 1/6 into the full bag that she gave us, so considering how amazing it is, I will definitely be purchasing more when we run out. At the local store it's about $40-45, so here on amazon with the shipping it will be about the same.
