Billet Aluminum Grill with High Impact Acetal Inlaid Inserts for 2014, 2015 RZR XP 1000 and RZR XP 4 1000 and RZR 900S Inner Demon Motorsports is proud to present the first in a long line of custom parts and accessories for the Polaris RZR line of Side x Sides . This Grill has been CNC milled out of 3/16" 6061 aluminum. The 4 inserts have also been milled out of high impact black Acetal (Delrin) and then inlaid into the outer aluminum frame. The inserts can be easily replaced if damaged, but these things will take a beating. The outer aluminum frame has been powder coated to match the factory Polaris Graphics and Body Colors.
