Gugusure Lumbar Support Pillow,Memory Foam Back Cushion with Breathable Mesh for Low Back Pain Relief,Orthopedic Backrest for Car Seat,Office Chair，Wheelchairs and Recliner

Working from home has put strain on everyone, myself included. Our house has one true desk, which is located in our office. Unfortunately, the normal ergonomic office chair accompanies the setup and is used by my significant other, who needs two monitors and a proper office setup to do work.Due to these needs, I set up a monitor on my kitchen table and attempted to work this way for several days. Our kitchen chairs, however, are high-rise and made of wood with no cushion. You can imagine what several hours of sitting in this situation did to my back; I had immense pain after just a few short days and needed to take frequent breaks to dull my sharp nerve pain. I began to solve the problem by using a memory foam pillow on the chair base. I supplemented the memory foam pillow with this lumbar support pillow. Both have done wonders for my ad hoc kitchen office.This lumbar pillow is approximately 18 inches in length. While is does not cover the entire back (and does not claim to do so), it provides a great deal of comfort for my lower back (the lumbar portion). If you're wondering whether this pillow can correct upper back problems, I can report that it has eliminate all pain, perhaps due to its ability to force proper posture and thus improve my sittting position. The memory foam itself is fairly cushy, allowing for comfort and "give", rather than immense structured support. Unlike other memory foam products I have purchased in the past, this pillow has no "chemical" smell out of the box.An adjustable elastic strap is attached. A buckle is included on this strap, which allows for easy adjustment alongside a sliding length adjuster. I think this would be a good solution for those with lower back pain in the office or driving in the car. In sum, this pillow is comfortable, easily adjustable, and provides plenty of lower back support.

It's a nice pillow. It come vacume sealed then puffs up when you open it. But it is way smaller than the picture makes it look. Especially the one I posted here. It covers the spine area in the picture but it's not nearly as thick as it looks. It feels great when I lean/lay against it... but I was hopeing it would make it so the back of the chair would be touching my back, and its only about 1.5 in thick for most of it. IT says it's 3.8 in thick and that's true for a small part of it.

It took a few hours before I stumbled into that one, what caught my attention was the length because I have a dining room chair and it looks like it was made for it. the back of the chair is made of wood and there is no cushion after a couple of hours is painful to sit on that chair. It 's my first day using the Gugusure Lumbar Support Pillow and it feels good but I am still looking for another one since I have 2 chairs but I was impressed with the timing I receive my pillow in less than 24 hours. I am looking forward to get more goodies from that company. It's the first time I give 5 stars to a merchandise on the very same day.Good Stuff!

This lumbar support is okay but its hard to get comfortable with it as it constantly moving, and the straps that goes around the seat is starting to rip due to constantly adjusting the position of the support. I'm quite sure at this price there's a better one.

The item arrived in a small box because it had been folded over and vacuumed sealed. After removing it, I let it set for several minutes and it expanded to full size. After placing it on my recliner chair, I laid back, relaxed, and promptly fell asleep. Upon awaking (my wife shook me), I felt great. I considered staying in my chair overnight and forgoing my bed. I have had four very serious surgeries on my back, and while the latest has had excellent results, I still have considerable discomfort in my lower back and this product is great for relieving me of that pain. One caveat, the product gathers heat quickly, and some might find that warmth uncomfortable. For me, I am glad I bought this.

Since working from home during this pandemic, the dining room table has become the makeshift desks for myself and my husband. The chairs, meant for dining (obviously), created back problems for the both of us. Our dining room chairs doesn't offer adequate lumbar support juxtaposed to our chairs at work which does. So, I purchased this lumbar support to help with our back issues. It really does help our backs! with the cushion, we are now seated better, more upright with the tension off our lower-and-mid backs. There is better movement where are backs aren't overly rounded and/or arched, thus relieving stress!

Update 5/21/20: After using it for more than just a couple of hours at a time I feel it is what caused my lower back to hurt the next day. I think I need something that just needs to be firmer.Original review: 5/20/20: This is actually more comfortable than I thought it would be upon opening it. It comes vacuumed sealed and is memory foam. I thought it might just flatten out and wouldn't have enough firmness to be supportive. I like that it goes from the mid back to right below my lower back. More comfortable than the standard short lumbar support I have used throughout the years. This does flatten when using it, but oddly enough it seems to be enough to keep the worn wood slats in my recliner at bay.
