Just be patient
Very finicky almost all the times gives irregular breathing causing you to use 2 sensors instead of one. Didn't give option on which one to buy. Said in description works with Android and IPhone. Instead it's either one or the other. I had to purchase an iPad for me to use it with my clients. The software ask for user is but does not seem to remember them if they sign in on their own device.

Great customer service. But the product didn't work at all. Gave me different ranges with same circumstances.

Not sure
It's good in theory, but it's given me totally different readings under similar circumstances, readings from my BMR being anywhere from 800 to 1800 calories a day. I'm confused.

Knowing my metabolic rate is so helpful I am losing more fat than ever
Wow my us paid and I are both using it and it helps we warp they as we started with very low metabolism sand have both increased slightly by adjusting diet and exercise. Rally helpful to be able to get at home so convenient

What seem to be unreliable and wildly fluctuating readings!
I am disappointed with the absurd results that also fluctuate wildly without a good reason. Secondly it would have been perfect if the Breezing App synchronized daily weight, height, caloric consumption and intake through Apple Health for the IOS version. I would not recommend buying at this stage!

Essential tool for weight loss
I'm a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) and I highly recommend Breezing for any weight loss goal. As an example from my practice: With my system of daily measuring biomarkers like body temperature, blood sugar, HRV, food logging, sleep quality, etc. I calculated a recommended daily caloric intake of approx. 1300kcal to see a slow but steady weight loss with this client.I wanted to check with breezing to be sure not to be too low with this recommendation. Breezing measured her resting metabolic rate being 1350kcal.This means a) my system works perfectly and b) breezing along with blood sugar monitoring allows me to exactly define how low in total calories a client can go, if additional exercise is needed or has to be avoided (very important) AND what macronutrient ratio (I call this fuel mix) is needed to maximize weight loss. It’s like solving the big mystery “eating” and being able to take food out of the ‘health' equation. I now know that I can offer an excellent job as nutrition coach and once this part is solved, further investigate other lifestyle factors (or refer to other experts) that might be the real underlying problem for weight problems (like poor sleep, stress, EMFs, and what not).Thank you very much for providing such a great and still affordable, mobile, invaluable tool. If you have questions regarding Breezing you can contact me via my my website www.swissnutritioneer.com.

Tracks very accurately, seems to provide common sense metabolic rates before, during and after starting diet
Used the tracker to monitor my daily energy (REE) metabolic rate before and after I started a ketogenic diet, and later during a starvation/cal restriction diet. In both cases, the data from the tracker seemed to correspond to my general feeling of energy. The ketogenic diet had a period of switchover, where my metabolism crashed, but it ramped back up quickly to higher than pre-ketogenic diet. The starvation diet tended to make me feel more tired, and that was reflected in my REE values. The CO2/O2 ratio is apparently a good measure of metabolic activity. I used about 100 of the cartridges. Sometimes the values moved up and down day to day, but the trend over time was a very good predictor of my metabolism. The variation in the values over time was less than 10%. Can't get much better than that.
