good quality. I found this chair in a local office max. it went on sale on Amazon and I grabbed it. the mounting is the side bolts for the back is difficult and it's recommended to have a second person assist to apply pressure... the bolts on the seat must be left very loose to align all bolts before tightening. lastly the design and assembly is identical to my old "gaming" chair that are often advertised by sponsored videos online.

Comfortable and cost effective

Decent chair for the price, just a couple of caveats. Follow the instructions to attach the back to the arms and leave the screws attaching the arms to the seat a little loose until all eight screws are started or you won't be able to get the back attached. The allen wrench supplied with the kit strips easily, (after six screws for me), so I recommend having a spare handy.

Easy to assemble. Looks and works great!

My boss had purchased this chair back in 2015 when I began working for him. Maybe 6 years later, I was hurting because the seat pad had become too compressed over the years. That's when I started buying other chairs (3 to be exact) that did not work. I tried the cheap ones and the expensive ones but got no relief. Not only do I sit for 9+ hours a day, 5 days a week, but I'm only 5 ft tall and overweight. The other chairs were not supportive, put too much pressure on my legs, and caused me to scoot back constantly. I finally flipped my old chair over and found the SKU to reorder it. I am happy to say that my chair search is over, and I did not have to spend a fortune. The newly padded seat is all that I really needed. I will definitely search for it again in another 6 years if I need my chair replaced!

My chair arrived in 3 days. So not bad for delivery. My chair arrived in perfect condition. I sat on the chair in Office Depot so I had an idea of how it might feel and chose it based on the store model. It’s a very nice premium sturdy chair. Installation not bad til you get to the part of having to put the hard to align properly screws in that starts the attachment of the seat to the back piece. Since you have to pivot the seat up after installing initial screws I would suggest screwing them in just enough to catch on each side to make your pivot smooth. I saw a similar chair in staples for significantly cheaper that I wish I would have bought however, after getting my chair and seeing it in person and the fact that I atleast got it $100 cheaper than what they sell it at the store for made me feel ok about my purchase. Time will tell how it fairs with time.

I bought two of this chair, one from Amazon, and one in-person at a local Office Depot. I give it 3 stars because the one from Amazon deserves 1 star, but the one from Office Depot could be 4 or 5 stars. If you're interested in the chair, I strongly suggest going to Office Depot in person and checking which kind they have. The one from Amazon was extremely difficult to assemble, as it seemed the arm rests and back of the chair simply did not properly align to insert the screws, which made assembly absolutely infuriating to do on my own. For example, I had to brace the chair strongly against the wall to get the screws that connect the arm rests and the back of the chair. This lead to the chair being a bit loose and flimsy right off the bat, and also made quite a bit of noise. Unsurprisingly, only 3 months later, it fell apart and cannot be put back together, because a screw broke off inside of one of the screw holes and is impossible to get out. Should've returned it while I had the chance! However, the one from Office Depot is slightly different and makes it SO MUCH BETTER. The only noticeable visible difference when assembled is that the plastic back inner sides of the arm rests where they connect to the back of the chair are not rounded and closed off. It's hardly noticeable when assembled. I also noticed when assembling that the screw holes were a bit different. Those two things combined made the chair fit together MUCH better, and made assembly itself very easy. Everything fit together perfectly with no loose parts, it feels very secure and snug, AND there is no noise coming from the chair at all. Will update this review in the future if it does start to fail like the one from Amazon, but the initial difference is already so much better.
