I was initially looking at saunas that were thousands of dollars more than this unit. But I was only looking for a single person sauna. This concept for a sauna was very attractive to me. I have been using it for a short period of time and find it very relaxing to be laying down while sweating. The fact that my head is outside of the sauna is very attractive to me and allows me to use it at high temperatures. I am very impressed with this small unit and easily fit into it ( I am 5’11””). I highly recommend this for the person who only needs a single person sauna at a very reasonable price. As a plus, the provider of this sauna is very helpful and you will enjoy working with him to ensure you have a good product and operate it correctly.

I'm totally disgusted with this product. It doesn't get hot enough. It heats to about only 30% capacity, where you won't break a sweat. If you are using a sauna for detox or other illnesses, this is NOT THE ONE TO PURCHASE! The company credited me for not shipping it back because it would have been hundreds of my own $$ to do so. I will not be able to use this device. I do not recommend this sauna.

I bought this to help with my RA and fibromyalgia because my massage therapist used a similar one on me. This was just as strong if not better than hers. I was concerned it would be hard to put together and use. The seller was very nice and sent me links and assured me that he would walk me through any difficulty. It was actually very easy to put together and I was able to use it immediately. It feels amazing and it is very comfortable to use because your head is out of it and you just lay down, relax and enjoy. If you really want to sweat a lot just turn it up and sit in there a little longer. You will sweat as much as running on the treadmill! Bottom line, I totally recommend it for the ease, comfort and price point.

I’ve been purchasing sauna blankets for the past 12 years! The Meta Sauna Dome is absolutely the best thing I’ve purchased for my sauna needs. I am completely satisfied. Feeling good After only 1 20min use on highest setting. Will do another review in a few months to update.

AVOID! This is not low EMF! DO NOT BUY. This was supposed to be low emf. My body felt terrible after using so I bought an emf wave ready to confirm. It was supposed to have free shipping and returns and the are not honoring it. I would not be returning if accurately listed. Avoid this company.

Very easy to use and I sweat like crazy in this within a matter of just a few minutes

I used a small portable dome FIR. This is so complete with full body FIR. I got it to help mimic a fever bath, which is hard to do at home. I certainly recommend the sauna.
