Solid Bracelet
First I enjoy the bracelet tremendously. I have been wearing it almost a month now and the quality and fit of the bracelet are evident. It wears well and is not a burden to wear at all. To clarify I don't like bulky bracelets or rings... this is not at all. It never gets in the way, is extremely versatile (I can wear while swimming, playing golf, running, and it's just an add on. Does it actually give me energy? I don't know Does it give me balance? I don't know. Perhaps. I decided to buy it because I am fighting adrenal insufficiency and was hoping it might add to the holistic approach of healing. At the very least it provides a great placebo effect and gives the determination to carry on in my cardio and weight lifting routines. If it does more than that great. Either way, this is a solid investment for a bracelet. It is well made, works, and is comfortable and stylish.

Works so so
This was for my husband who suffers with pain in his back and leg. He used a product similar to this years ago and it worked. But this bracelet is not as effective to what he had a while back so we will be returning this product.
