I love these shows leashes..yes technically they should be all self colored (if you want to be picky) but the fact that there thicker makes up for it so there great for a bigger dog.The silver is very flashy as well.

This is my first show dog, and this lead is very useful for training my puppy. It's nice and short, so I don't have to worry about wrapping up a ton of lead. The only thing is that the leather slide moves pretty easily, but it's not too much of an issue, but she's escaped once (not in the ring). (Picture is a little blurry, sorry!)

Great color and length for a show lead

We purchased this one and the 8 1/2 inch for my sons who shows our Bullmastiff and Boston Terrier in 4-H. This is what the are asked to use for showmanship. It worked ok for the 25 minutes they were in the ring except the leather slide that is supposed to keep the collar in place on the neck loosens very easy. For our Bullmastiff is wasn't a huge problem since her head and neck are very large. But our Boston Terrier is so small it moved around too much on her small neck.
