Came packages carefully with each strand of shells in its own clear plastic "bag" so it didn't get damaged or tangled during shipping. The light looks pretty at night, but wish it wasn't just hanging out if the base the way it is. It could use some type of housing or placed higher into the hanging base for asthetics. Otherwise very pretty, the shells chime is very pretty in the wind, and looks pretty at night lit up on our Patio Oasis we've created. Would definitely need to bring it inside during harsh storms to protect it from breaking, but it has held up to light showers and light wind this far! Shells look to hold their color without any fading from the direct sunlight it gets all day. Would definitely buy this again or give as a gift without hesitation!

I have seen these and love the way they look. I ordered the blue ones. When they came, they were beautiful and looked just like the picture. I hung it outside and the next day it rained and all the color “washed” away. See pictures. I double checked and it says indoor/outdoor - but clearly it does not hold up outside.

I love these chimes! They were safely packed and easy to unpack by gently cutting the tops off of each plastic bag holding a string of chimes. I did this after I hung the chimes so basically you just let them slide out from the bag. The colors are wonderful, I hope they stay vibrant. The sound is lovely and calming. I don't know yet if the solar light works. I'm keeping the chimes in my sunroom protecting them from harsh elements. I think these may be too special and not rugged enough to keep outside. That's not a criticism, just the nature of some things made by hand and of natural elements as opposed to inside a factory made from plastic. Get them!!

Overall, good purchase. We live in an apartment with lots of neighbors in our backyard area, so we wanted something quieter/calmer than traditional wind chimes. These have more of a soft wood sound. Plus the coconut as the top piece is so cute and tropical. Would buy again. :)

I was very satisfied until after only about 2 to 3 weeks all the color faded. If it was not supposed to be in full sun I missed that instruction. But I do like the way it sounds. It’s just everything is all white and I got it for the color also

They tangle very easy. Every time the wind blows hard they get all knotted up. Also all blue color faded and I’ve only had them Since July 12th (20 days)

Very pretty and has a nice sound when the wind blows. Light wind is all you need for sound. Light leaves a little to be desired. It is 1 light but doesn't really provide as much accent light on the "chimes" but realistically it's the exact amount of light that 1 little light would provide. I wonder if the light had a some or shaped cover if it would reflect more. I am still happy with the purchase and would buy again. I really do like this.

The colors are just beautiful on this. They look good. The sound is very gentle. And they weren't all tangled up. I wanted this for a long time, but I was worried that it would be nothing like the pictures. This is gorgeous and neither too small nor too big.
