Early impression - my perfect shoe
Instantly comfortable when I tried them on straight out of the box. There are so many mixed reviews on sizing, but I ordered my actual size (US women’s 10 1/2) and they fit perfectly. There is a tiny bit of room in the toebox, which is actually great because my feet do not feel restricted. The sole grip is so good for box jumps, and barbell lifts! Lots of ease in the movement for jumping jacks, so I think this will easily become my all-around workout shoe. I waited for a sale price, but I think I would have paid retail if that were my only option.

Exactly What I've Been Looking For
Finally, a shoe that gives good support while working out. I've been searching for a shoe that I won't blow through the side or toe area, like with mesh or cloth type of material. These shoes have a rubber material on the sides and toe so I'm curious to see how long these last (I think definitely longer than the other type of shoes). I wear a size 8-8.5 in casual shoes, and size 9-9.5 in workout/running shoes. I got the size 9 wide, I was worried they would be too wide, but not at all. I'm actually glad I got the wide. Lastly, I've noticed a HUGE difference when doing side skaters! The amount of support is amazing and my foot doesn't slide around in my shoe anymore. The only reason I didn't get these sooner was because of the price, but definitely worth it..

A fit for every foot!
Bought this shoe in the 8.5 wide. Absolutely perfect fit for me! My foot is wide in the midfoot as I have fallen arches. I've struggled with fit and support with crossfit shoes and found that the women's metcon wide was not at all fit for wide midfoot but solely wide toebox which caused my feet to loose circulation during workouts. I could not be happier and my feet could not be happier in these shoes! Thank you Inov-8 for making a quality, tough but comfortable shoe for those of us with this issue! Running, lifting and rope climbs all feel great with these shoes! I'll definitely be purchasing more from this company in the future!

Great for lifting
Wore out a pair of Nano 8's and wanted to try something new. After trying a few options, I settled on the Inov8 and love them. They are very stable, feel great on the foot and are nice and flexible. I use them for traditional lifting (squats/deadlift/ect) as well as HIIT style workouts with kettlebells, box jumps, band work, sled push...you know the drill. Highly recommend!

Very comfortable
I needed new shoes for CrossFit and wanted to try Inov-8. Very comfortable and light. Good for lifting and also running. I'm very pleased with this purchase.

Padding in heel bunched up, outside 30 day return period, so I'm stuck with defective shoes.

薦められて購入以前は普通のランニングシューズでしたが某有名ビルダーのパーソナルを受けていた際にソールが薄く横へのブレが少ないイノヴェイトを教えてもらいました。スクワット、デッドリフト、レッグプレス等、下半身・脚トレは勿論上肢のマシンでも踏ん張りがきいて効かせたい部位にガッツリ入ります。ウエイトトレでギアにこだわる方は多いいですが靴・足元がいかに大事か思い知らされました。初心者の方は最初から、ベテラントレーニーの方もワンランク上のトレを実感できると思います。お薦めです！

Great shoe, fits like a glove! Haven't found anything I don't like doing in it. Great for running, jumping, lifting and skipping
