My skin gets really itchy sometimes, and I've found that the products that give me the most relief have the same active ingredients as the chest rub, but the chest rub is less expensive and more concentrated than the anti-itch lotions, so I mix a little dollop of chest rub with regular lotion for the same effect at a lower cost. Note that the smell is pretty strong. This is true of the name brand version of this product as well.

I am using this to keep the squirrels off of my birdfeeders and it is working great! And if I get a cold I go get a jar out of my birdseed bucket and use it to relieve my sniffles. Multi-uses with a great product and affordable pricing.

The vapor is not nearly as intense as Vicks Vapor rub.It has a very slightly "earthy" odor that seems the oils may be covering up less than pure quality petroleum jelly.It does not come with an airtight seal (maybe Vicks doesn't either).The quantity and price is good. I use this on my dry feet but I am not sure I would want to put this on my chest.For that, I would definitely buy the real deal...I will look into other brands if I purchase more in the future looking for a more intense "vapor" rub.This is okay though.

First of all there are no labels on the jars as pictured. The camphor smell is faint at best.- but worst of all, the product itself is useless. The consistency of the product is laughable. But since we paid for it it no longer becomes a joke. I don't know how to describe it except to say that it's whipped up water or stiff water. The thick and heavy greasy Vicks that were used to is replaced with a watery material I used about a tenth of the jar in one application. And when I do use it it makes me angry that I was taken by a product. I've come to trust Amazon as hundreds of millions of people do daily. I have to say in conclusion that this product has slipped under the wire.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!
