Two years ago I started getting leg cramps/spasms at night. I get them in my calves and feet, but mostly I get them on the inner thigh muscles. If you ever had an inner thigh spasm, you know they are sooooooooo painful. The muscle goes into a hard lump and it is the worst. This is the best thing to use to stop the spasms. It always works. The Highlands leg spasm is ok, but not as good as this. I take other Heel and BHI remedies and they are always effective. I have also taken this remedy for period cramps and kidney stones, but it does not work as well, but helps.
