Health Hoop Hula(Hoola) Hoop II - Weighted Exercise Fitness Hoops - ABS, One Size, Adult Model

This is a great product. A little rough at first but if you read the reviews prior to buying then you will see that they warn you of this. I started a few minutes a day wearing a pretty bulky sweatshirt and slowly increased my time hooping and lost the sweatshirt. This hoop is really easy to keep going and my mom (someone who could never hoop) found herself pleased that she too could use this item. I would recommend this too friend and i actually already ordered another for my mom.

This is one of the product that i would not hesitate to recommend to anybody who has the same problem areas... our midsection! Every woman should have this in their household. I lost 2 inches off of my midsection in just few weeks of using it! I will continue using this product not just to trim my waistline. Thank You ! I purchased this exact hula hoop from a Korean store in my city. This hula hoop is very large and heavy but I had no difficulty putting it to work. You just need a little practice but it's rather easy once you get the hang of it. It does cause bruising but what I do is wrap my stomach in an exercise belly band and that helps some although does not eliminate the bruising completely. I have to wait a few days in between uses because it hurts. I have seen some results though so that's why I give it 3 stars. I plan to purchase a different weighted hoop soon.. one without bumps or ridges inside.

The first time I tried this hoop, it was very uncomfortable and did leave some bruises - I did just like the instructions said and only did a couple minutes. Two days later I picked it up again and was able to go for 30 minutes without discomfort (but a small bit of bruising). I don't do it daily because my abs are sore the next day but I assure you if you give it a shot after that FIRST time, it gets sooo much easier! I'm up to 45 minutes and my abs are definitely getting a work out! Great to do while watching T.V.!

Great item. It is logical that if you want to trim your waist you'll have to bruise a little. The way of life ;) If you think you are serious about using this item, than this item is for you, but if you are a whinny sensitive person then go buy something else.

This hula hoop is not healthy at all, it leave bruises at your belly area. it's not safety and difficult to to use. I am not recommended this hula hoop, try another hoops( not this company).

This Hula Hoop is a perfect illustration to the well known saying "no pain, no gain". Does it hurt when you use it for the first time? Absolutely! Does it leave bruises on your waist? Yes it does! I can see why the weak ones are returning it and writing the lame reviews. But boy it works wonders on your body! Specifically if you're trying to get rid of your ever lasting love handles, this device will get you there sooner that you've ever imagined. But you need to work hard, and swallow your tears for a few days. Then your fat starts to melt down. This sturdy and very well made piece of plastic worth its weight in gold. And you can take it apart too!

I have read all of the reviews on this product. I actually came across it at an op shop for $10 so I didn't really care if it worked or not! The first time I used it, I was like "oh my god that hurts and kinda tickled all at the same time". I hadn't read the reviews at that point. Everyone says they bruised?? I am NOT a fit person and have a flabby stomach from having a baby, but I DID NOT BRUISE AT ALL! And I used it with a normal t-shirt on and did it for at least 5 minutes the first time. In fact what it did do was leave a lovely feeling of just having had a massage. I have used it 3 more times and I really like the feeling. I believe you have to use any exercise equipment for at least 3-4 x per week for 3 months to see if you are actually going to get results. So I will do that and write another review and let you all know. As for the bruising.....I actually bruise kinda easily so I HAVE NO IDEA why I did't bruise? Anyway that's my story:)

I would deffinitelly recomend this hula hoop to others. yes it does hurt and bruise pretty badly in the beginning, but bruises go away and never return. :) you just have to get used to it. love the weight of it, flexible knobly bits and metal connections. I just bought 1 cheaper other make hula hoop as a present, tried it, found it too light (800g compared to this 1200g), also knobly bits are hard plastic and connections are plastic, unlike on this one. so deffinitelly very happy I chose this one over others.

Arrivé avant la date. facile a monter et également très facile a utiliser. il faut prendre le coup et ensuite ça tourne avec le sens de gravité. un peu douloureux au départ, la peau doit s'habituer, mais je recommande, tres utile pour la taille et aide a la digestion.
