The dirt and water fall right through the mat and it stays clean and dry. Just wish I could find one that was a little bigger.

Cleans my shoes off well, but does move around because it is bulky. My hubs is bot a fan but Im keeping it :P

I was so happy to find this doormat! We really wanted something that was environmentally friendly and worked well. This is great for use also because we have a dog and go hiking frequently. This doormat really helps to clean our boots off when we get home, as well as paws! Thank you!

I’ve wiped my boots off four times on this mat as it’s in an entryway I don’t use often. I know how many times because it’s so new, and as you can see in the picture, a chunk has already fallen out. The mat is located under a carport, not exposed to rain, it’s not even dirty, and alas a piece has already come off. Looks like it’ll be going in the trash when Spring comes.

After a month of use, I'm giving this particular one 3 stars. I'm a big fan of coir brush door mats but not this one. Usually coir brush mats are awesome in that you can effectively wipe your shoes/boots that's similar to taking a choir brush to them, it removes the loose debris keeping it out of the house. The dirt and mud that remains won't stick on top of the mat for the next person to pick up on their shoes to drag in - it just falls through the mat. Mud will dry out and is easily swept away by shaking out the mat and sweeping under it every once in a while. HOWEVER, this particular half round design does not hold up. Those zig zags in the pattern are actually many individual short pieces and are not permanently attached but rather either threaded through the wire loops or pushed down onto (depending on the diag direction). Take a good look at the magnified image of this mat to see what I mean. Some shorter pieces on the edges are only an inch long and are only being held by tension. These should have been wired to the the wire loop frame but they are not. Unfortunately, using the mat as intended also causes these brushes to shift and get pulled out completely. I have to routinely push them back in. The wind blew a few into the garden before I noticed and those had to be retrieved and re-inserted into the mat. After a couple of weeks, I moved this mat to my front door that doesn't get nearly as much traffic as my back. I would not order this pattern again.I did order the full size one to replace at my back door, which that one is also 18"x30" except that measurment for area is squared. The half round sold here is 30"x18" too, but that is 30" on the long side and 18" at it's widest point wide - so if you are a math fan unlike me, that's pi quartered squared / 2 or something like that. Solid mat and looks great, but easily slides around. Better for a rough surface

This is great for the back entrance of my home, where hubby comes and goes from the yard and his workshop frequently. However, even with the measurements provided, this was smaller than expected and looks too small by my door. Luckily I did not throw out my half-moon rubber mat just yet. By placing this scrub mat on top of the larger rubber half-moon mat, it fills in the space more and actually makes the scrub mat look better altogether.

I live in a very sandy area of Florida. Before I purchased these mats, I was sweeping or vacuuming sand and debris daily from my floors. I have far less sand and dirt in my house since I purchased these. I highly recommend these door mats. I’ve tried many different types of mats and these are, by far, the best for reducing the amount of sand dragged into the house.

Purchased two of these and both are falling apart after only a couple of weeks…really. Disappointing as they aren’t fit for purpose, that is unless you like replacing the bristles sections after you brush your shoes..plus they move around a lot !!!!
