Fantastic projector if you're on a budget!
You can't really do any better in this price range. I've been looking for months for a projector on the cheap end (don't really have $400-1000 to throw away right now) but have been hesitating until I saw the reviews for this. At $89.99 I couldn't beat it and I decided to go for it, and I'm so happy I did.The picture quality is really good - not high definition due to the small native resolution, but detail is still plenty visible. I love all the input options and the quick setup. It's surprisingly bright as well - I could see the picture even with a lamp on. Will it hold up in broad daylight? Probably not (like most projectors). But if you're doing home movie nights or gaming I imagine it would suit your purposes really well while fitting into your budget. The only "complaints" I have (and I say complaints lightly, as I don't find they take much away from the experience) are:> The fan is a little loud. Keep in mind though that projectors generate a lot of heat and need to stay cool.> During scenes with fast movement it can occasionally appear a little blurry/jerky. Not all the time and not really badly, though it's noticeable now and then.> The audio through the projector is a bit tinny (though it can get reasonably loud), but I find this to be the case with a lot of projectors. There is an audio out option for external speakers which clears everything up.The setup in the photos I've included is from about 8' away from the wall. Picture size at that distance is about 3' x 5', give or take. Connected thru HDMI to a laptop. One with lamp on (mostly to show scale, but also picture quality in a lit room), one with lamp off.

Better Than Expected
We bought this projector for a presentation at a family reunion. The first one didn't work, so we called the seller. A very nice representative walked us through a few troubleshooting procedures, but none worked. She gave us the information to return the projector, and we immediately ordered another one. It came in two days, and it works perfectly. Since most of the projectors on the market are $400 and $500, we were surprised at how clear the picture is when projected on a large wall from 18 or 20 feet. The picture is large enough and clear enough for anyone in a conference room holding at least 100-150 people to see. As the other reviewers indicated, the picture is much easier to see in a darkened room; but even in a bright, sunlit room, the picture is clear--just a little washed out. We connected it to a laptop and tablet and run slide shows and movies. It works well with both. For enhanced sound, we connected it to a small Bose speaker. We are very pleased with this little projector. It is just want we wanted and a good product for the money.

I love my projector!
I absolutely love my projector! I have it set up from the back of my room and it projects perfectly against my wall. It's like a movie theatre in my room. The only thing I'm having an issue right now is the remote control doesn't seem to work correctly. I can power it on but the "ok" button to select doesn't work. Luckily I have my projector connected via HDMI to my media player so I don't need to control the projector for a source or selecting my media.Ive only had it for a couple of days so I will post later if anything changes. The image looks crooked because I don't have the projector set up to hit the wall straight on. It's off to the side, but that doesn't bother me because the screen is so big!

Great projector for the pice
Being a college student on a budget, I really wanted an affordable projector that I could put in my room and not have to worry about mounting a giant TV (also with not enough money to buy a giant TV) to you know... Netflix and chill.... After researching many options in the small/pico projector range, I finally decided to go with this one.- It's small enough to place above my bed, and delivers a decent picture. It's not the absolute clearest picture, words and subtitles appear slightly blurry, but for a projector for less than $100, that barely even matters.- The speaker on the device itself sucks, but pair with external speakers and you have yourself a home theater in no time! I paired it with Google Chromecast and it has been awesome!- I've had it for almost 6 months, and use it all the time and the bulb is still going strong!- The fan is a little loud, but that is really only an issue while it's not playing anything, because after that the sound of the movie overpowers the fan noise. This is definitely an awesome buy, and for me worth the money. You pretty much can't find a projector of this quality, or price anywhere.

Good for artwork and entertainment on a budget.
Great unit for the price. I bought it primarily as an artist to assist with mural layouts. It is bright enough to work with I. This way even with the room lit or outside with a nearby streetlight on that you cannot control. You can't get further than, say 16 feet (nearly 16 foot wide image ) without totally loosing focus. It is best at the prescribed distance (up to 8 or 10 feet). Remember it doesn't project high Def but accepts that input. I used SD and USB for convenience onsite, but also like hooking up laptop with hdmi to actively manipulate the image while it's on the wall. No problems with it. The screw on bottom is to adjust angle; it doesn't fit standard tripods but I made it work by removing it and threading it through a hole in the tripod mount. When this unit is not in the job my son enjoys playing XBOX and watching movies on the wall in his room! Win win for the whole family. I'm sure we'll do a backyard movie or football game in the future.

Love this little guy
Very cool device. Mount sheet on wall over flat-screen 32" TV to get full-wall-sized movies. Not totally sharp, of course--for this price that would be asking a lot. But close enough, and also great for upcoming warm season, when we'll get a solid screen and use outside for rip-roaring popcorn fueled family hoedown. Volume isn't great, but we solve that by plugging in battery-driven external speaker. For ninety bucks, I figure you probably have to adjust expectations and be creative.
