Worked as it should. Used it for 2 days and noticed seams coming apart as well as a tear in the side. I know it wasn't from a snag because it was under the tightening side straps. Filed for a replacement. The new one arrived before I had a chance to get the other one shipped back. So far it is doing what it should but I don't use it as much as before. I alternate between it and another one I purchased. Also, would be great if the suspenders would adjust just a few more inches out. I'm a stocky guy and wearing the suspenders with the belt tightened the suspenders stretch to the max and are uncomfortable. Just a thought.

I like a back support with shoulder straps and side tightening tabs - sizing is problematic - go AT LEAST 1 size larger than you think you need. I will buy again when this one wears out but will go for the XXL instead of the XL

So, I did not find the largest size to be sufficiently comfortable, but that's my problem because I let my stomach get a bit too big. For someone that doesn't have a booter belly, they should be fine, and it should sufficiently serve their needs for back pain, and support. I let my friend use it, and he found it worked great for him, and he's got a much smaller stomach. It's decently made, and the support straps are VERY adjustable so even if you're a big guy, or gal, it shouldn't hinder you too much, but still support what you need.

I like it alot. But I'm 48 inch waist and XXL was too small. I had to pull it hard to make it reach. I'm going to reorder and get XXXL this time

Reviews that state that this brace is not as tough as others are correct. It more lightweight and less sturdily made than the brace I got at the hardware store and if I were very fat it would not hold up. But the price was way low and for the price it's entirely satisfactory. I wanted a larger brace to wear around the house over a sweatshirt, and it works just fine.

It says it is a 3X but it is not even close to the correct size
