According to the compatibility on the Traxxas site this will fit the Bandit, Bandit VXL, Rustler (2wd) and Rustler VXL (2wd).

Will this fit a traxxas stampede 2wd?

No it won't fit the Stampede vxl 2wd. The one needed is long than the one for the Rustler as this one is for.

Will it fit slash 2wd?

This does not work with a Slash. The Slash uses a different kind of hold-down.
