Very bad luck overall, would not recommend.
I have bought 3 of these mounts total for my 2002 Buick Lesabre. Only 1 of those 3 is still functional. Very poor odds and not worthy of purchase in my opinion. The first mount to fail had one of the two outer mounting bolts split in half during the first few weeks of use, resulting in a loud and annoying knocking noise from the mount hammering against the body over every bump.I purchased another of this exact mount to replace it, figuring it was a fluke and giving them the benefit of the doubt. The second mount was on the vehicle for less than 1 year (maybe had 10,000 miles on it) and the inner metal sleeve separated from the rubber portion of the mount resulting in the shock being able to move up and down in the mount, causing another (although different and not as loud) knocking noise while going over large bumps or potholes.I purchased another brand to replace the 2nd failure this time. All is good and quiet again, but I will not purchase any more of these Monroe mounts. In the spirit of full disclosure, I do live on a dirt road, and thus regularly drive over a dirt road for 2 miles each day the car is driven. Sometimes that road has bumps and potholes, sometimes it is nice and graded smooth. Even still, I do not have any other problems with any other suspension components, and find the failure rate of these mounts to be unacceptable.
