Pinkaholic New York Slicker Raincoat for Dogs, Small, Blue

Super-cute, great quality, but item runs a little small. I ordered a size medium (lime green) for a 11.5 lb dog and this jacket did not fit her. I have reordered the same jacket in a large (pink jacket shown in pictures) and it fits much better! The only other thing that I would change is the hood. Even with the larger jacket, the hood fits a little too snug to her head. Overall, the jacket is cute though and does the purpose of keeping the rain off…so my advice, if in doubt, order the next size up.
